Property was excellent. But service was poor. My expectation from this hotel is for excellent service. I would like to highlight two issues 1) Hotel did not provide their traditional welcome to me. When we asked staff member, staff member said they will provide welcome before we check out of the hotel but they did not do anything about it 2) Hotel had Christmas gala dinner the night of our stay. I did not receive any service during the dinner. No one served drinks and or showed us where is what type of food. I had to be in line for about 10 minutes at every food counter.

This was by far the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in.The setting is so beautiful and peaceful; every member of staff, in the hotel building, the spa and the gardens, incredibly attentive and welcoming; the standard of service and eye to detail, throughout, remarkable. It was very hard to leave. Our time there will always be one of the highlights of our lives. This is a place you really want to stay in and return to. It well lives up to being no 1 Peoples choice Hotel 2023. Thank you to everyone who made our visit so special. We will not forget you.

Royal experience at Taj Rambagh Palace. Property looks beautiful in person than in pictures. Staff and service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. I would come back again

Good service, breakfast needs improvemenr.
Good property. Garden area is a nice experience. Rooms are comfortable. Service is very good. Staff put lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. We had a late checkin. They arranged all activities next day fpr is to experience the property. Breakfast can be better. Was disaapoinyed with bread and egg section. Indian section also was average.

It feels like being in a Merchant Ivory film. Just unreal. Peacocks & and all sorts of birds sing at sunset. Taking high tea at the Verandah restaurant is a must!!

We had an incredible stay. All staff have been amazing from breakfast to dinner. The concierge has been especially useful in organising our stay in Jaipur and our plans within the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning and one to remember.

Luxury at its best!
Most amazing property and the service is impeccable. Butler Mr Karan took good care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. Mr Khateeb went out of his way to arrange a tour and personally took care of extending our stay to ensure we had a room to stay even after check out time.

The staff is wonderful! They really make you feel at home. The property is impeccable, the food is amazing, the Jiva Spa is beautiful. We had an unforgettable visit. Everyone knew our names and did their best to make us happy. They could not do enough! So much fun! Sitting on the Veranda for afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner was one of our favourite things to do!

The photos of the Rambagh Palace and its rooms just don't do the property justice. The whole palace has a very peaceful and open feeling. I had a standard room with a balcony and I loved the high ceilings and historic/clean atmosphere of the room and the grounds. The property is also pretty close to the Pink City and there are cars for hire that will help you set up guides or take you wherever you want to go.

Best Hotel to get a Royal treatment
Hands Down!! This is best hotel I have stayed at in my lifetime. The hotel does give a pure royal feeling during the stay. Every room in the hotel is different and gives a different feel and vibe. I was very well greeted by Khateeb and Preeti who personally took care of me. I would really want to thank them for making our stay very memorable and wonderful.

Royal stay in the pink city
We had an amazing stay at Rambagh Palace! We were lucky enough to go there during the Holi weekend and they had a beautiful procession and entertainment on the hotel grounds that we could be a part of. Having not lived in india for many years, this was an amazing opportunity to celebrate Holi on such a beautiful property! The service was impeccable and the rooms are rich and rustic in keeping with the palace theme but newly renovated at the same time so it doesn’t feel old. We visited some other hotels in Jaipur on this trip as well but Rambagh is hands down the best in comparison! Will definitely go back when we get a chance!

It was beautiful. Service was good but I would give it three stars for my jewelry went missing the night before I left. The hotel has not made amends except to say that they did not find my earrings.

Opulant hotel
After moving rooms because we were near the lift our stay was very comfortable. Bath didn’t work and shower pressure very low. Old property so understandable. Beautiful opulant room, amazing palace, excellent food. Great service from Vikas our concierge who was incredible helpful.

Oasis in Jaipur
Rambagh Palace is an oasis of calm amidst the chaos of Jaipur. Staff do a superb job creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere and anticipating every need both on the property and in the city. Property is a gorgeous restored palace, with a vintage car collection that you can tour in. Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the palace, including several dozen peacocks.

Loved my stay..
The stay at Rambagh was incredible. The property, the people at Taj, the food etc were terrific. I enjoyed my stay tremendously. Taj properties never fail. they are classy, professional and luxurious.

The property is grand, kept in pristine condition, and the grounds vast with beautiful peacocks roaming all over. The food is excellent across all the restaurants and the staff is the most doting of any property I have ever stayed at, including several indulgent Taj properties I’ve stayed at before! Anslem & Jaswant at the Verandah cafe and Rajput room in particular went way above & beyond. The pools are both beautiful especially the indoor one. There are great musicians to serenade you at multiple spots throughout the property. The other thing I’ll say about them is that they’re amazingly coordinated. One morning, my niece wasn’t feeling very well and everyone at the property we came across from restaurant staff to reception to our driver asked how she was feeling, and when we returned to our room that afternoon, they had a lovely bouquet of roses waiting for her! This is my new standard for wirld-class hospitality across all hotels I’ve stayed at (Taj, Ritz-Carlton, Oberoi, Four Seasons etc.)!

Not enough wow for the money
A former palace and now a Heritage hotel. Nice but, given this is possibly one of the most expensive hotels in India by far, we expected more wow.
