The hotel was clean, and maintanance did a good job doing house keeping when asked to do it. The front desk personnel were very kind, very attentive and always wonderful at greeting anytime we were going out or walking in through the entrance. The reason for my two stars is really for the fact that the pictures looked much more appealing than how the hotel is in reality. The room we got in particular had baby roaches that I constantly killed and reaked of a moist/soggy smell. Complimentaries such as the fan for hair and the iron board looked beat up and had buttons missing. The drains in the bathroom need to be deep cleaned because they get clogged extremely easily (even with the personel coming in and unclogging, the water struggles to drain properly); and, there are no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang any towels on and toiletries are very minimal. The entire place is severely outdated and needs some serious renovations if it has any chance of becoming a good place to stop at; and until that happens, I won't be coming back, unfortunately

We stayed bc my daughter had a Volleyball tournament. We were able to walk to the venue which was great. The breakfast was great and I was impressed that all 3 mornings there was an attendant there constantly refreshing everything. All the staff was so nice. I think price was on point. Parking was a little tough but I think it had to do with some spots being taken by some machinery that would not normally be there. I give the staff credit bc having tournements of kids come in the families can be so demanding and I saw the front desk staff handle everything so professionally.

This property was extremely clean. Our room was ready on time. Our television wasn’t working and maintenance was there within 5 minutes with a new one to install. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely polite and friendly. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was simple but nice and the dining area was spotless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!!!!

Do not stay here. The outside of the hotel, lobby and hallways look nice and updated. The rooms are as if you are in a completely different hotel. The carpet was soaking wet all over as if they attempted to clean it and didn’t let it dry. The room smelled bad. The AC didn’t work well and was humid. The shower pressure was zero and the shower head itself made no sense. It faced a tiny corner of the shower or you could turn it and it would spray out of the shower. The soap left a nasty residue on your skin to scrub off. The lighting in the room was bad. We were awaken in the morning by someone next door screaming at the top of their lungs “DONT TOUCH MY F****** S***!” They screamed this out several times to whoever they were arguing with. I tried to call the desk about it and found the room phone did not work.

I did not like anything about it. The hotel needs to be renovated. Everything was outdated. It smelled in the hallway and in the room, the shower did not work properly, the breakfast was awful.

My Review
The hotel was fine but kind of dated. The bathroom was super small. The shower could use an upgrade. There were not many channels on the tv. No setup to watch anything streaming.

Recommendation to consider
I understand the policy or making the cleaning every 3 days, but this should be reconsidered when there are more than 3 persons in one room. Clean is required nore often by the number of people using bathroom and the whole rrom.
