“Location is the only plus.”

The bathroom was covered in mold and the telelphone was broken. When we told the man at the front desk he was more interested in watching his DVR of Star Trek. My husband waited 20 minutes in the cold waiting for the airport shuttle to come pick him up...hotel is 2 minutes away if that. Hallway smelled like smoke. morning shuttle was prompt. Would look into staying at a different hotel if I needed to stay near the airport again.

“More than I expected”

Having the hotel right at the airport was exactly what was needed. They were friendly, hospitable and since we got in late the bar personnel went out of their way to get us a meal. Couldn't have asked for more.

“Used to be a nice place”

This was a nice place many years ago, but not anymore. Hot and muggy in the lobby. No Internet in the business center. Front desk could not print out my boarding pass because they had no ink in their printer. Fitness room had one 20 year old machine and poor AC. The sleeping room was OK, just very old and all original circa 1980ish. The list goes on. Other than location not many good things to say about this place.

“WOW; everyone was professional, friendly and we slept well! Lots of pillows! Thanks”

What a great place!Some of our friends from Tallahassee FL suggested we stay 1 night and leave our car for free. We will do that again. We were met by a friendly young lady who opened the door for us.Then the young man at the counter could not have been more helpfull. The night watchman came up and we all discussed resturants near by as well as their own. It's righ by the airport; there was never anything longer than 10 min wait for a ride anywhere and the 2 drivers were great that day and 1 wk later. The breakfast bar was very good and the waitress friendly and efficient. The view is great; the beds comfortable etc. We have been to Boston, Seattle, Las vegas and that week to RedandoBbeach CA. The Clarion has them all beat. Tess and John

Area recommendations

We did not leave the airport area this time. Have stayed out at the beaches numerous times. Ponte Vedra is great, but so are the others.

“Convenient”

I had to travel often to Jacksonville, to meet up with my husband that has been training in South Georgia for a job. Jacksonville was the medium meeting point where I could fly in from NY and my husband drive from Brunswick, GA. I wanted to stay to a hotel closer to Jacksonville Airport, for my flying convenience. Clarion fulfilled my needs, and each time I stayed there, my stay was very comfortable. There is a bus that takes you to and from the airport all times of day and the crew is very polite. Overall I am very satisfied with the accommodation.

ca. 1 km vom Terminal, trotzdem ruhig. angemessener Komfort. wenn man abends ankommt, braucht man einen Mietwagen erst am nächsten Tag, weil Shuttle-Service. gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
