I have stayed at this location a couple times now. Both times I have stayed, they have been excellent. Check in is always easy. Front desk staff are always professional and knowledgeable. They have a restaurant in the hotel. We did not take advantage of that this time but we have in the past and it’s great! Prices are comparable to maybe what you would see at like an Applebees but in my opinion, worth it. Simply for convenience. We will stay here again.

The breakfast was really good. The poor part of the review was that the electronic door keycard broke, no maintenance available to fix. I had to move to another room in the morning. The 2nd room had a broken air-conditioner so i had to move again to a 3rd room. Could not relax just moving from room to room.

Better than most
Hotel was modern and nice. All the staff is really nice. Chose the breakfast option and worth it. It was eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast and several other options as well. Overall this hotel is better than most and well worth the price.

Friendly staff
This is our go-to hotel. When we stay in Jackson. Every trip has been clean, comfortable at welcoming. Thanks to the friendly staff at the front desk. We will definitely be back for a third trip

Rooms were great. The "heated" pool which was the whole reason for booking was freezing and the ceramic tile around the pool was dangerously slippery when simply walking. Made the stay a total bummer for the kids

We just had our pool inspected with our health department and our pool is reading correctly for heated temperature of 75. We do have slip guard on our floor in the pool, I am sorry to hear that it was still slippery. We will look into this for our guests. I hope that we may see you again in the future and if there is anything we can do to make your stay better please let us know.

Very good experience
Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready when promised. The hotel, itself, was very clean and organized. The bathroom was ok but there were pretty fresh stains on the shower curtain and in the shower. Overall it was a very good experience and we would stay again.

A good choice for staying in the Jackson area.
Traveling with family. My expectations for a hotel at this price point: Clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower (and, of course, excellent service). My experience: Positive: Excellent service, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet with dark blinds for good sleeping. Neutral: Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

This hotel is tucked behind the Meijer store. It's not the most convenient, but it's newer construction as of 2023.

A. Ice hotel with friendly staff. All of our staff interactions were friendly and efficient, although the hotel was very busy due to a bowling tournament and understaffed in key areas like check in and breakfast. The staff that was present worked their tails off! The only negative was the “refresh room very five days” policy. We stayed three nights, and the tiny wastebaskets were not nearly adequate. If you only empty the wastebaskets every five days, you should get bigger wastebaskets!

The kiddy pool was very nice addition to the regular pool. Breakfast was a mess because they were understaffed.

Being 82 yo and using a walker or cane I had asked for close floor room close to main area, or 1st floor near elevator What I got was 4th floor and 3/4 away from the elevator, so the first night walking was miserable. Yes I did ask for a closer room, received it The breakfast was not worth the money spent as scrambled eggs dry and hard, fruit great, no one told us about a menu. Did we eat there the following mornings so the answer was no. The employees were the best. Caring and helpful. Wish there was more. Thank you Holiday Inns and we will be back. I was bummed that i couldn't shower because they only gave me 2 towels when I booked a room for 4 people. Was told I had to wait the next day for towels.. The splash pad was down. Which is was the only reason I booked there. Disappointed and no compensation for it. Card reader was down at the restaurant. We lost power for hours. I was just really let down but the whole experience. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.

The rooms were good. The front desk service was good. The manager was good however the service in the restaurant was below acceptable. They were very understaffed, and the there was one waitress for the entire place. She was very behind very frustrated and very rude to us then the power went out. It was out for about six hours, we had glow sticks in our room for light management was nice. They tried to help everyone they gave ice cream snacks and cheesecake, and I know the circumstances were beyond their control. They knew that it was a very busy weekend because of the bowling tournament in town. They should have staffed more properly. Not to mention the blizzard we had didn’t help

The front desk staff were very friendly and Courteous. The bar and breakfast staff wrre the complete opposite. The bartender/waitress was on edge and rude due to the cook yelling at her for doing her job (taking orders) he didn't want her to put more orders in, we were understanding, not in a rush but after 30min, we asked to put our order in now and she didn't want too because she didn't want to get harassed by the cook. The power went out due to a snow storm and the hotel didn't have a backup generator. We were without power for several hours.
