“old sheets”

This hotel is about what you would expect of Hampton Inn, but it had so many positive reviews I was expecting a something a little better. My main complaint is that the bed linens were nearly thread bare. This makes for an uncomfortable night. Also it is overpriced for a mediocre room.

“Nice Hotel”

Nice, newer hotel right next to I-40. Very clean. Room was spacious with a sofa bed for our 6 year old. Close to restaurants. Would definitly stay there again.

“Friendly Staff Go the Limit for You”

Hampton Inn, Jackson, TN si a place that I felt "home" at. fI have visited them on three occasions and on each one I was accepted as more than just a customer. Twice my bags did not arrive with me at the Memphis airport and they emphasized with me, found solutions to simple problems as shaving, and bathing needs. They offered me snacks from their own personal cache to share with them. When I returned for my second visit after two weeks away, both of the receptionists remembered my name and greeted me that way.l One was on her way in to the hotel to start her shift and had no way to know I was coming. The hotel offers business travelers (and others) wifi connections throughout the facility and access to a computer, laser printer, inket color printer and scanner at no extra charge. There was so much service and like treatment throughout my stay, I am sad to say the only reason to go back is to visit them. I just might.
