“Cleanest and nicest hotel I ever stayed at in Jackson”

I do a ton of traveling, maybe travel over 300 miles every other week and this is the first time I had stayed in this hotel in Jackson and by far it was the cleanest, nicest, most quiet and most dated hotel I have come across. Free internet and very comfortable bedding makes for an enjoyable experience. Next time I visit Jackson there is no doubt that I will stay here again.

“Great New Hotel”

Hotel is in a great location off I-40. Rooms were very clean and hotel staff were very professional. Hotel Cafe has a good menu as well.

“Excellent accommodations and helpfulness of staff”

For the price, the Courtyard by Marriott in Jackson was excellent! Check-in was quick. Staff members were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the area, providing excellent dining recommendations and local sites to visit. The room was spacious, clean and even had a pleasant odor. The bistro was well stocked and prices were reasonable. The bistro even served Starbucks products, which was a pleasant surprise. The courtyard, with the large trellis and fire pit provided just the right atmosphere for conversation and a final nightcap with our friends. If we visit Jackson again, the Courtyard is where we will stay.

“Very nice stay in Jackson”

I traveled to Jackson on business, arrived late around 9:15 pm .Staff was very attentive and courteous. I had a late night sandwich at their restaurant. I also exercised in their small gym. I also had breakfast in their restaurant as well. I would stay their again. I gave it such a high rating because the hotel looked very new and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was also very large and quiet as well.

“enjoyable visit”

Breakfast was great and convenient. The location was pleasant, but isolated from restaurants. The room was new and well appointed. The young man at the front desk was very helpful with information about the Shiloh battlefield-our reason for visiting. The tall, slender, dark haired female was less than helpful of friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would return

Very nice Hotel. Value of the Hotel for the area I feel was a bit much. Other Hotels in similar to larger populations offer more for the price, in my opinion.

“Close to highway but quiet hotel and great beds!”

All in all it was a very positive experience. Excellent beds.... workout room... nice living room... internet in lobby.... it would have been perfect if the restaurant had been more of a real restaurant instead of a fast food area. And the bar a real bar. Nice addition in having the food area where you could purchase nibbles and ice cream and beers.

“Can't wait to go back”

My daughter and two grandsons chose to have a 2-day quick trip to jackson, TN, for fun, and we LOVED the Courtyard by Marriott. The beds, of course, were awesome as always at any Marriott i've stayed in; rooms very clean and beautiful; this one had an outdoor courtyard with fire pit which was very relaxing at night; had an indoor pool and hot tub that were very refreshing after a cold winter! The coffee bar/grill area was very nice and inviting next to the beautiful lobby with a fireplace. We will definitely be returning to the Marriott in Jackson as often as possible!
