“Leider gibt es nichts vernünftiges in Itzehoe ...”

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Einrichtung war zwar sauber aber ein Wohlfühlgefühl konnte sich nicht einstellen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, fantasielos eingerichtet. Die Farbauswahl läßt einen an den Charm der fühen 90er erinnern. Die Minibar war leer ( " rechnet sich für uns nicht ... " , man konnte jedoch eine Nachfüllung bestellen.... die dann 25 Minuten dauerte bis sie geliefert wurde. Meine Bestellung, 1 großes Mineralwasser + 2 Piccolo hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Piccolo hatte das Abfülldatum aus 2003 ... So schmeckte er dann auch. Die von mir am ersten Abend , im Zimmer befindliche, Tüte Erdnüsse für für die 2te Übernachtung nicht wieder aufgefüllt... Als mir beim Auscheclen dann noch das Frühstück berechnet wurde, das ich gar nicht eingenommen bzw abgezeichnet hatte war ich schwer genervt. Fazit: Man kann dort übernachten ...aber sollte sich eine bessere Alternative auftun( was in Itzehoe zu bezweifeln ist ) sollte man das Hotel sofort wechseln.

“Sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit”

Komfortables und gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger, aber dennoch recht zentraler Lage. PErsonal sehr zuvorklommend und freundlich.

“Entspricht den Erwartungen, Zentrumsfern”

Alles in Allem kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Ausstattung Qualität und Sauberkeit entsprechen den Erwartungen, die ich an solch ein Hotel stelle. Die Lage ist für eine Anreise mit dem PKW gut geeignet. Leider doch etwas entfernt vom Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof. Allerdings befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Einkaufszentrum. Beim Frühstück schien das Personal etwas dünn besetzt und alle Speisen waren beinahe leer.
