“Superb experience”

We had a great room (actually a 2 bedroom apt for the 2 of us with a kitchen/lounge). The quality was great, modern and stylish The view was amazing The location is on a decent beach (no sand) but clean and tidy Decent snorkelling in the bay Good value boat trip 300M from the hotel Lot's of eating/drinking choices within 500M of the hotel Close to Pula airport and town If you don't like the place (unless you are a teenager, wanting a drunken party town) you are very difficult to please

“Overpriced mis-represented appartment in a tourist resort with no heart and bad service”

This resort is not what you might think it is. We booked an appartment for 4 persons, 2 of whom were my daughters. The ages of my daughters were given as part of the booking process (12 and 14) but the room we were given had 1 bedroom and a small, very hard, sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. This was totally unacceptable and we explained this to reception. They had the audacity to tell me we were all meant to sleep in the same room. Tomislav on reception was particularly unpleasant and totally dismissive of our concerns. I explained that teenage girls require privacy and that all we needed was 2 rooms. Basically he told us to get stuffed and then ignored us and did something else. The other receptionist gave us a slightly larger version of the same arrangement but we were given no assistance in changing rooms and when we got to the room there was broken glass on the floor and no soap in the bathroom. This resort would work for a couple or a family with a small child but frankly is not worth the money on that basis. It would be hugely expensive for a 2 person holiday and the resort is basically man-made and very touristy. In any event BEWARE, an appartment means 1 bedroom.

“Almost perfect, but a major flaw.”

This is a classy resort with a fantastic location and one of the best breakfasts anywhere. But for us, there was one major flaw. It was impossible to park near our room and carrying suitcases up and down steep steps is too much to manage for people our age (we are in our 70's but healthy and still in reasonable shape). And there doesn't seem to be anyone available to provide help. Still, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who can manage to get their luggage to their room.

“Good experience at Belvedere Resort Apartments”

Service and apartement at Belvedere Resort was better than expected, although apartment for 3 persons was on small side it was brand new and very well cleaned. Service was friendly and location 50 m from sea/beach was gret. Pool-side was crowded. Only issue is parking: possible to park near your lodging but don't expect to get marked parking-spot and squeeze in...

“tolles Hotel”

Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns mit Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut verständigen. Die Hotelanlage was sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles sehr modern eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer (DZ mit Meerblick) ließ keine Wünsche offen. Von der Terrasse aus konnte man sogar den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Meer lag uns quasi zu Füssen, da es nur ca. 20 Meter entfernt war. Das Frühstück (7-10 Uhr) war einfach toll und ließ nichts vermissen. Frisches Obst, gut schmeckender Kaffee, Pancakes versch. Wurst und Käse Sorten etc. waren von hoher Qualität. Wir haben es genossen jeden Tag draußen, mit Blick auf den schönen Hafen, zu frühstücken. Selbst 5 Minuten vor 10 Uhr wurde noch alles am Buffet aufgefüllt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Pool, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Tagsüber kann man im schönen Restaurant (natürlich mit Meerblick) diverse Speisen und Getränke zu moderaten Preisen zu sich nehmen. Dort spielten abends bis spät in die Nacht hinein Bands, denen wir auch gern gelauscht haben. Da die Unterkünfte / Zimmer allerdings ein Stück entfernt vom Restaurant sind, haben wir die Musik (dauert teilweise bis ca. 24 Uhr an) nicht als störend empfunden. Es stehen genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze im Hotelgelände zur Verfügung.

“Super Aussicht, sauber, modern!”

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.Sehr schönes und modernes Appartementhotel mit Selbstverpflegung direkt am Meer.Versuchen Sie ein Appartement mit Balkon/Terrasse zu buchen, top Aussicht auf die Adria und kleine Inseln.Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Istrien und wir waren begeistert von den kleinen Städtchen, besonders von Vrsar.Sehr viele Restaurants zur Auswahl, alle die wir ausprobiert haben waren toll, vor allem das Marina am Yachthafen sollten Sie sich merken.Schöne Grüße aus Frankfurt am Main an die Kellner ausrichten und die Fischplatte bestellen...sehr lecker und es gibt garantiert Rabatt...

“Hotel Belvedere mit direkt anliegender Starndpromenade”

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem renovierten, sehr sauberen Zustand. Generell besteht das Hotel aus mehreren Gebäuden, die terrassenartig angelegt sind. Die Gebäude kann man über Fußwege, Stufen und z. T. Rolltreppen erreichen. Rund um das Hotel befinden sich ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten (gratis). Die Zimmer sind auf neuesten Stand und sehr komfortabel (inkl. Safe, Minibar, TV). Die Balkone sind fast alle zur Meerseite ausgerichtet. Der Speisesaal ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden was dabei und wird stets nachgefüllt. Bis zur Strandpromenade sind es nur wenige Meter. Auch das Zentrum von Vrsar ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

“Tolle Apartements Anlage mit Super Service”

Die Apartent Anlage ist sehr Modern gestaltet. Tolle Zimmeraustattung mit Flat-TV / SAT / PAY TV , moderne Küche und 2 separat regelbaren Klima Anlagen (Wohnraum / Schlafraum). Die Anlage ist SEHR gepflegt und an bester Lage. Einziges grösseres Manko: Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Leider muss mann dem Nachbarn (oben und seite) immer wieder zuhöhren. Sehr störend beim Stuhlrücken des Nachbarn, TV, lautem Sprechen usw,dadurch wurde ich mehrmals Nachts wachgerüttelt. Leider, Schade.. (es liegt wohl am leichten Baukörper und an den Klimaschächten)

“Villaggio maistra belvedere a Vrsar”

Struttura ben attrezzata, con personale preparato e cordiale. Uniche note negativa parcheggio non sufficiente e pulizia delle camere non perfetta. per il resto tutto ok. La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica e soprattutto in zona fantastica dal punto di vista del paesaggio, scenari da sogno da non perdere.
