“Definitely worth it.”
This hotel is what I expected from looking at the pictures and reading about the area. It's a great location with somewhat of a village feel to it. The hotel is very clean and food was good. We stayed September 25th and it was very quiet at the hotel and around Pula, it was definitely off season. It's a short distance into Pula by bus or car and hotel staff are able to direct you and show you on a map where all the tourist locations are. The room was "dated" but very clean and comfortable. They have started to renovate other rooms in the hotel for the premium price but the non-renovated rooms was perfectly fine. Every room has a balcony as well that looks out to the ocean or the village - we looked out onto the village and didn't have a problem with noise and still had a nice view of the harbor.
“Third visit to the Histria”
The Histria has declined since we first stayed there 23 years ago. However, it is still a very nice hotel and one of few with airconditioning in guest rooms, which can be very important if you visit in mid summer. Many rooms have beautiful views of the Adriatic or a little bay. Staff were uniformly courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms have mini fridges. The breakfast buffet is very generous. Dinner buffet selections were varied and very good. Food is a mix of Istrian and continental. We had a car, so transportation was not a problem. However, I'm not sure how easy transportation would be without a car, since the Histria is on the Verudela Peninsula outside of the main area of Pula.
“Excellent environment. Hotel could be better.”
Fantastic location surrounded by parks, sea and beaches. Parts of the hotel losing battle with time. Parts of the hotel which are renewed look more than satisfactory but the rest is not very impressive. The most beautiful parts are positioned outside the hotel. If you like outdoor activities I suggest this hotel .
“Won't be going back”
The hotel was not what I expected, but if you are looking for an all inclusive, American dive then this is the place for you.
“Nice hotel on the Adriatic and close to nearby attractions”
This is a grand hotel on the Adriatic coast with nearby shops. The staff was very courteousand helpful, plenty of parking and not too far from the old town center which is a 10-15 minute drive.
“Hotel Histria - relax, sport e servizi”
“Hotel Histria,Pula Kroatien”
Sehr guter Service.
“Ottimo Hotel”
Bellissimo Hotel, camere ampie e confortevoli, pulizia adeguata e posizione strategica. Consigliato.
