Initial room we had (twin deluxe) was supposedly cleaned but it wasn't. There was a bathroom leak with towels still wet. The room was amazing and spacious. But a shame we couldn't stay in it. we the. Were moved to a smaller twin that was smoking permitted which I for health reasons could t stay and then at this point kicked up a big fuss. We then we moved to the garden room which was much better. However, as there was no parking we had to leave the vehicle in there until we sorted out the room dilemma and was asked to pay which we argued and Got this rectified as we were going to move the vehicle anyway. We were told that parking was only allowed up to 30 mins and due to the nature of the problems faced we had to waste about an hour an half resolving the issues and then settling in. I was greatly disappointed I must say. For Ramada which is meant to be a very good hotel let me and my guest down.

Fantastic stay.
I had a fantastic stay, the location of the hotel is great and very convenient to where i needed to be. There is a Metro on the doorstep. The staff were very friend and helpfil.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel experience ever. The room was not up to standard in cleanliness, especially the bathroom. You could see black/brown marks on the walls, the corners of the room and bathroom had a build of dirt. The drainage was blocked, so a minute after you get into the shower, a puddle would form. This made it difficult to use the bathroom, we asked the maid to check the bathroom but she wasn’t helpful. Additionally, we got locked out of our room because the card key dates were entered wrong. The staff weren’t friendly or apologetic about the situation or in general. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

great staff really makes this hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Clean. The only things needs to be totally done is the internet system. It looks like very old internet system. Especially, upper rooms cut off all the time. This is very necessary for the foreign guests like me who needs the Internet all the time.

Pros: - Amazing staff members. Very helpful and attentive. - Great location. Right next to a Metro and Metrobus stations. 5 minutes walking distance to a big shopping mall. - The room was very spacious and cozy including a very comfortable bed. Even the decorations and the artwork on the walls were great (It was the the "executive" room). Cons: - Even though our room was in a non-smoking floor, the whole floor smell heavy cigarette smoke. We didn't feel it in our room, but as soon as you are out of your room, it hits you in the face every time. - We experienced many technical problems. The card reader on our door created problems several times that we need to wait for someone with a master key to enter our room. The flush in our bathroom was not working properly. The hand-held shower head was not working at all (the fixed one was working). (Having said that, the staff was very helpful whenever we had an issue).

Service was't good, Aircondition was't work,
If somobady wants to stay here, let you know. Service is so bad. I stayed 3 nights. Everyday I had same problem, air condition was not working in winter time, so room was so cold in the morning. First Morning;I told to resption about the problem, than they said okey we are going to fix it and they told me we fixed it. After 2 hours I sleep, It was not working again. Second day I told them again. I want to change my room they told me we are going to fix it dont wory but it was not working during the night time.Than I left the hotel early than I reserved. The did not call me or do anythink other days. I never use the ramada hotels again.

Convenient hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul
I stay there when I go to Istanbul for work, as my meetings are nearby. It’s on the Asian side of Istanbul, so it avoids me from going through the bridge from the European side, which sometimes could be facing heavy traffic. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but fine. The crew is friendly but definitely understaffed, so don’t count too much on the room service

The worst part of experience was probably due to expedia - the hotel didnt have my reservation at the time I was checking in. They let me to check-in anyway. The hotel chased Expedia Turkey, but they told them I made a reservation via some 3rd party agency which I have never heard about. Then I called to Expedia myself

Good hotel on the Asia side of Istanbul
The good: Room was clean, breakfast was great and very enjoyable, hotel staff very nice and helpful, hotel was in good condition and close to amenities (restaurants and shopping centre right around the corner). The bad: old layout for room on top floor meant there was a chandelier hanging low right in the walking path to get to the far side of the bed, floor had water damage as the bathtub was leaking from its sloped top surface, wifi was not very stable (two issues: we had two devices and we were not told at first we could not use them at the same time with the password given, room did not have the strongest signal). I was on a business trip so not sightseeing and a driver provided. This hotel is not close to typical tourist attractions and getting around Istanbul could take time. It's close to many hospitals and a number of guests were obviously getting medical work done. I would stay here again and recommend it if you need to be that area.

Nice rooms but many issues
I have several complaints about my booking. Firstly, my room was so dusty/dirty when I checked in. I have two young kids so that is unacceptable. After the staff moved me to another room, I put the do not disturb light on the next day when we left but somehow housekeeping came. They left the window open and the room was freezing when we returned at night. Then the heater was not working. I ringed the staff and asked them to send someone quickly to fix the problem as my kids were freezing. They did not come quickly. I rung them again and finally someone came. Another issue here is the hotel wifi did not work for me, I asked for help but did not receive any from the staff. The staff member just told me "I don't know. Mine works." And lastly, we had plans to swim today and preferred this hotel because of the "indoor pool." That is completely false information/advertising. There is a small jacuzzi that is even labeled as a jacuzzi on the lower floor with the spa. There is NO pool. Only a jacuzzi. My plans with the kids today are ruined. Also I could smell cigarette smoke in my room as if someone was smoking IN my room. With kids (and even without) that's a big no for me. The rooms are small but very pleasantly set up/decorated. Bathrooms are very spacious (compared to other places). I loved the feel of the room. Lobby is extremely small, not a place to hang out. Staff are not very helpful. This location was convenient for me because my friends live in this neighborhood.

everything was good but the main the choice of this hotel for me was the location. it's near my point of interest. The only thing that was bothering me a bit was the internet, I couldn't connect multiple devices at the same time.

Nice hotel close to the shoping centre
Nice and clean good service helpful staff. You have swimming pool indoor and gym. The restaurant a bit small and what I didnt like they dont heve a teras but they start bulding then soon they will be ok.

This is my 3rd stay in the same hotel.I like to stay here as this is the closest to my office. Its decent hotel which is suitable more for the business visits.

a nice hotel if you need to stay on the asian side
if your businees for a few days is on the Asian side of this big city, this hotel might be a good option. This is a nice and convinently located hotel with a good restaurant.
