Everything was excellent , stuff wear amazing, but rooms needs more lighting , & kitchen needs toaster, can opener etc.also toilet seat needs adjustment or replaced as it was broken. But the rest excellent. Especially the location. Will go back again for sure.

The room was great, washing machine, dishwasher, No Arabic Channels on TV, slow internet, there was a problem with the water heater.

A great apartment in a great location!
My 'go-to' place to stay in Istanbul - great value, spacious apartments with good facilities and very close to the centre of Nisantasi. The staff are always helpful and accommodating.

Great place - a shame it’s getting shabby
I’ve stayed here 5/6 times in the past and always had a pleasant experience however on this occasion things weren’t as good as previously - the once fully kitted out kitchen is now a mix of odd glasses and a few plates, the ‘minibar’ in the fridge was much reduced (no water, no beer) and to top it off I couldn’t access the huge terrace in my apartment because the door was broken or the key was lost. A real shame as this place was fantastic previously.

Horrible experience
By far, this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff did not speak english well, essential equipment were missing such as iron and kattle. The smell of each room was horrible it smelled of sewage. Also, every time we requested something, they said they will charge us. The keys would constantly get disabled. Other guests would have their children play in the hallway and we couldnt sleep becaus of the noise and the guy at the reception would be sitting still with no action. The penthouse that we paid extra money was horrendous. Geckos were all over the living room. Frankly, it does not do your website good services or excellent reputation to list this property at your website.

Great Hotel Stay
Simply wonderful. Room comes with a small living and dining area. There's also a kitchenette, complete with all the basic utensils that you need. As the hotel did not have any F&B outlet, it was easy to whip out any simple dish when you are hungry in the middle of the night. Location wise, this hotel is great. There are lots of cafes, shops, banks along the way. Definitely got my money's worth

A great find in the heart of Nisantasi
A great find in the heart of Nisantasi and a couple of minutes walk from Osmanbey metro. 24 hour concierge and daily room cleaning of the huge apartment furnished with all you could want (air con, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking facilities, fridge) A mini bar in the room was a nice touch - the only downside being no detergent was provided for either the dishwasher or washing machine however I'm sure if I'd asked it would have been.

Lage super. Kommunikation = null. Man wird nicht vernünftig begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Ausstattung ist alt, keine Instandhaltung oder Reparaturen. Verwunderlich sind die ganzen positiven Bewertungen bei Expedia.

Je vous déconseille vivement d’aller à cet hôtel!!! L’équipe c’est pas du tout pro, ils n’ont pas le temps de vous répondre correctement car trop occupé à être sur leur portable!! Les chambre c’est une horreur...même si j’ai eut le droit d’avoir une chambre avec cuisinette, le lit c’est un monstre qui grimçait heureusement qu’il y avais un canapé car c’est en effet la que j’ai pu dormir même si ce dernier aller me lâcher par terre... salle de bain tout les joints moisi luminosité faible et des fois ca s’éteignais seul... navette de l’hôtel ca coûte le double du taxi de la ville vraiment du grand N IMPORTE QUOI!!!!!!

girişte resepsiyon çalışanları güleryüzlü ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlar.odalarda mini bar var içi boş en azından bir su konulabilir otelin fiyatına bakıldında ucuz depil fakat bu rakamlar alınıyorsa kahve ve çay seti konöadı gerekir diye düşünüyorum ikram olmasa dahi olması gerekir

Hotel in sehr Zentraler lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral , ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön. Nur 2 Mitarbeiter waren sehr Freundlich die anderen waren sowas von unfreundlich. Wen ihr ein Hotel sucht mit eigener Küche und zentraler lage seid ihr hier definitiv richtig. Das war aufjedenfall nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt.

Fena değil.
Otelin konumu güzel. Osmanbey metro durağına çok yakın. Temiz ve düzgün bir yer. Ocak ayı olduğu için odamız soğuktu ve üşüdük resmen. Soğuk havalarda sınmak için klima yetersiz, ilave tedbir alınması gerekli. Kahvalti secenegi yok, dilerseniz küçük bir mutfağı var ve yiyecek alıp orada biseyler yapabilirsiniz. Uğraşmak isterseniz tabiki. Fiyat, kalite ve hizmet olarak tavsiye ettiğimi söyleyemem.
