Recommended
Istanbul is a big city, but I feel most at home around the Kanyon area. So every time I visit Istanbul, I stay at Levent and each time, I have a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is good.

Totally bad
Bath drain is closed, so when you take a shower dirty water soaks your legs :) Shampoo and shower gel are disgusting. No hot water at all. Toilet frame is too bad and dirty. Towels are dirty, and when I asked for new ones, they refused. The man TOUCHED all the towels with his uncleaned hands just to show me that they are clean. Later after I insisted, the accepted to give me more dirty towels, one of them came with an old candy stuck in it.

Well the staff at the mini bar was so rude end laughing to my hair end all so I’ve have put in a safe £100 to return pocket money but when I check it had only £60 left so I believe that the staff has keys to all safes this is thure of it

Hello Mr.Ali, I am sorry to hear your dissapointment. At first I should say that there was a misunderstanding occured. We have many guests who came here for hair operations.No one can not laugh to them .We can not lough anyone ..You understood wrongly. On the other hand ,about your missing money.İf only you could tell me when you lost your money.just ı know the know the safe digits.no one else.We do not accept this ,All our staff reliable persons ,Before we take on someone to the hotel. we take as a reference. Simple Stay with Wonderful Breakfast
The hotel is in a nice, old building of in the new Istanbul. We liked that is was away from the main tourist places. It is extremely close to a bus stop and subway stations. The breakfast is delicious and runs somewhat late which was appreciated on the days we wanted to sleep in. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well; they were able to answer any questions we had. The only issue is it did get a bit warm at night. We really did not check for A/C, but they may not have any. Otherwise, no complaints for this wonderful little hotel.

It was ok but you could find better
Wifi was very weak, the room for two people was small, breakfast was ok it could have been better,, they didn't leave water in the room like the other hotels do ..

Clean and affordable.
We stayed for 2 nights. Although hotel was small, it was clean and breakfast was good. Very vlose to to the financial district and shopping mall.

Great value for money
The hotel is very clean; the breakfast is great. The room and bathroom are very clean. Rooms are a bit small but its okay. The neighborhood hood is busy a little but lots of shops are around: bakery, laudary, mini market.... also close to a big mall (metro) .... the hotel misses laundary and pool . I booked a family room and I enjoyed my stay :)

Very helpful staff
It was hard to find the location of the hotel even with a GPS. However very helpful staff, they parked my car in the garage and helped me find the address of where I was going. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety.

Budget Hotel
Unless you are looking for a budget hotel close to Levent subway station, stay away. I read reviews before booking, some people were saying it is a nice business hotel. Well, in my opinion, absolutely not, not designed for that. Right after check in, while resting in my room, one of the cleaning personnel barge into the room. When complained about it, response was, "Ohh, she should not have done that". That's it, no apology, no "I am sorry..." stuff. There was hair in the sink but overall cleanness was not bad.

Almost right behind the Kanyon mall, hotel is close to levent metro station, clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast for under $100 per night. The only negative I can mention was the room was small.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed my stay there.
We had a very nice experience with the Levent hotel during our stay in Istanbul. The hotel is in very nice location and the staff is really friendly. Almost all of them speak English so didn't faced any issues with the communications and the food was also really good. Just 5 minutes away from the Metro Station and Kanyon Mall.

Quiet Euro-side hotel
A clean, well-organised hotel, with good facilities. Located down a side-street, so no passing traffic. Room was small, but was very clean, and had everything needed for a business trip. Wifi connection was excellent and trouble-free. Downstairs facilities, including restaurant, were good. Breakfast was varied, and of high quality. Staff were helpful, and always available to assist you.

Hotel is located 10 minutes away from nearest underground station Levent. Hotel room was clean and basic. Free internet are available but some rooms are not available Internet signals. TV has got more than 100 channels and brekfast are reasonable selection. Considering price of hotel, I believe that Level hotel was very value for money and recommendable for anyone

Could be a good hotel, but.....
Hotel is located in a rather old but busy area off the main Buyukeddere Cadessi area - a world away from the high-rise offices. Suitable for business people who have work in the area, but off the beaten track for tourists. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed - free Internet a definte plus. Strangely, however, outgoing phone calls can only be made via Reception - in this age of Skype, cellphones etc it's not a major inconvenience, but for eg calling overseas via Ekno it is a non-starter. The staff were friendly enough, but several did not speak English. Dined once in the hotel restaurant and the sole waiter did not understand when I asked what was available for dessert. Restaurant buffet breakfast was very good but forget dinner. I would suggest avoiding the 40 euro shuttle trip to the airport in the hotel van, unless you want a Sebastian Vettel type experience! Regular taxis are cheaper and you might find a better driver!

Good Hotel in Istanbul
I loved it here, I definitely felt like this was a hotel that should have cost more than I paid for. The room was very clean especially the restroom. When I travel or go to foreign places I definitely need an environment that is clean and well kept and I definitely found it at the Levent Otel. The free breakfast was awesome. I booked a room with twin beds but the beds were actually one queen and a twin which is really nice. The front desk is really helpful and accommodating. We called and asked for a later check out time and they agreed to our request.

Nice quiet hotel close to Levent metro station
A wonderful hotel, which was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is only a five munite walk from "Kanyon" a new ultra-mall which is attached to the Levent metro station making it handy for getting around on the public transport system. Once the new line across the golden horn goes in the hotel will be around 15 minutes from Sultanamet, and perhaps 35 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, the staff only had limited english but this impacted little on my stay.
