I really enjoyed my stay from the time I checked in till I left. The staff was very helpfull and proactive. They take good care of their guests. Must try the restaurent at the top floor.

“Best in Istanbul”

The Intercontinental is by far the best in Istanbul. It is centrally located to Taksim square from which you can easily take public transportation to anywhere. The Ritz and Four Seasons are inconveniently located at quite a distance from the Tram. Plan on walking up a steep hill daily if you stay at the Ritz. The Intercontinental is beautifully decorated and is in it's own category. The crystal staircase is gorgeous. The gym was top notch, everything you could ask for in a US health club. The breakfast was one of the best in Europe!

The beds were not comfortable. I expected the beds to be more comfortable given this is a truly five star hotel.

The stuff are respecting the guests and they provide information about hotel. The hotel have nice decoration and comfortable beds with nice collection of bellow to choose from. Even they helped me to contact a shop in Taksim market to clerify a problem about credit card with them. Simply I like everything.
