I personally explained and after sent you detailed email as per your request about policy of late check- out. First of all keeping room till 21:00 is not late check out, it's basically full one day reservation. Late check out means to keep from 12:00 till 15:00-15:30 with paying half of a day rate only if there is avalability. Guests are requested to re-check with us in advance. You requested check out by 21:00 which is counted as one full day and should be paid in full however we made special discount for you. Hope we bring more clarity about what is late check out and what is extension of accommodation. Again we want to thank you for bringing this up so we can clearly explain it here. Dear Houman Azizi, We are sorry for your experience. Due Covid 19 worldwide pandemic we had to shut down hotel bout 1,5 years however during opening preparation process we faced unexpected technical problems with elevator and AC. Basically, we had to close our property and we informed you in advance about upgrade to our sister hotel which is listed as Top 10 best service hotels in europe for 2020. We specifically wrote all details in email to you and put big sighn on hotel's door with directions to sister hotel (1 minute of walk) Your Specious Superior room was booked for you and we contacted you again since you did not arrive unfortunately we did not get any response or query from you. All technical issues are solved so far and we will open hotel by next week. Please let us know if you have a chance to come back and stay with us we will be happy to provide best accomodation as we always do at Hotelino Hotel. We read all details carefully, Have to confirm that we provide more than 30 products during breakfast time: home-made pastries, jams, various cheese types, fresh fruits, different types of olives, home made Turkish mezze, and world's best famous coffee brand Julius Meinl. During all your stay you did not complain and seemed very happy with all staff, We wish you have mentioned us about the issues during your stay so that we would have done our best to help you and resolve the inconvenience that has been occurred immediately. Actually Hotellino hotel' s location is best for old city tours: Museums are all around: Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Top Kapı Palace, is only 10 minutes away by walking. Marmaray metro is next to hotel and Gulhane Tram stop is less than 100 metres away from hotel. We apologize for not having met your expectations and hope you can give us another chance to turn your negative experience into a positive one.

Regarding the size of the room, and facilities, we would like to explain that Hotellino is in Historical Peninsula all of the buildings are historical and for this reason the rooms are smaller if you compare with the other hotels in the other parts of Istanbul, we provide true room size and pictures to all travel platforms. Hotel operates 24/07 we try to repair rooms as much as we get notifications from housekeeping but sometimes it might happen unexpected, we are sorry for your experience however as you noticed in feedback we solved it on urgent basis as soon as we got complain from guest. On the other hand, we are very happy to hear that you liked our staff and location, we will be happy to accommodate you at Hotellino again in future.
