The staff is wonderful and pleasant. The property is very clean and comfortable except the elevator which is so small and can only reach the 5th floor, so the guests is 6th floor will have to use the stairs.

The hotel was clean and in a good location which made it easy to explore the area. Good breakfast with a variety of options to start the day right. The staff, Zakiya and Kadir, were incredibly friendly and gave us valuable advices on local attractions. They helped me to store my luggage early, before checking in and on the last day, after checking out, to explore the city further. I would definitely recommend Kupeli to anyone looking for a clean, well-located hotel with excellent service and facilities.
