From what i read, i understood that your stay was good but the only issue was about the phone located in the rooms. As the manger, i would like to clarify something, you can always make & receive calls from the phone located in the rooms at the discounted rates. We do not out additional profits on the in-room phone calls as a gesture to our guests.
