Had a lovely 4 night stay for hubby birthday, the place was nice clean and staff were also so nice. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. Will be back definitely

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent! Staff is super friendly and engaging. The hotel is located in the old city and is walking distance (3 min walk) from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Cisterna Basilica. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. 10/10 recommend

The hotel was very clean, staff were excellent and always willing to help and made us feel welcome. Only downside was breakfast was very limited needs more variety and options.

The hotel was really clean. All the Staff were friendly, helpful.?Management was excellent in terms of easy checking in and out, transfer, etc. hotel rooms were amazingly unique and the terrace on level 5 have an amazing view and atmosphere.

Nice people and friendly. The service was excellent however many area need to be improved. For example the downstairs toilet must be kept always clean nice smelling with fragrance.

Very good service by the staff overall. Bathroom wasn’t the best. And breakfast wasn’t great but they had a different system due to COViD but overall I was happy. The friendly and helpful staff made it a good stay

I like that the property is steps away from all the museums. Unfortunately, my room did not have a view. The place is clean and although it is listed as a non smoking property, I did smell smoke a few times inside. Overall this property is very good and very close to attractions.

Fantastic location and friendly staff!
The hotel is well situated in the historical area of Istanbul. You're within a 5-10 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque as well as the hop on hop off bus service that provides tours throughout the city. The staff at the Celal Sultan are very friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to organizing airport transfers or tours (which needs to be paid at the reception). There is a wide variety of food and drink choices at the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our only issue with the hotel is how thin the doors/walls/ceilings are. You can hear your neighbors talking from next door (or maybe upstairs) or noise from the corridor. However, there is not much that the hotel can do about this since this is a part of the hotel design. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its good location, friendly and professional staff, and breakfast buffet.
