“Good Asian side business hotel”

I chose to stay at this hotel because of the location on the Asian side close to my clients, and having already visited Istanbul on many occasions I had already seen the sights so only wanted a practical place to stay. This hotel is very clean and hospitable, has a great fitness centre and spa, comparable to top UK Health Clubs, and the breakfast offering is very good. Local restaurants are OK if you want something quick and easy. The internet was free and reliable, the mini bar is limited to non-alcoholic drinks and the complimentary bottle of water only applied to the first day. The bathroom was dated though everything worked. The a/c in the room was not strong enough and kept cutting out every hour or so which meant waking up occasionally to switch it back on again, and the curtains didn't meet in the middle. I had early starts every day so it wasn't a big problem for me but I would hate to use the hotel if I had to sleep during the day. I would use the hotel again, knowing what I know about it.

“Will stay there again if on Business”

I visited Istanbul with my wife, this was purely a business visit and did not get any time to explore this historical city. As regards the Hotel, it was extremely friendly and clean. The services were very nice. I am though not too sure whether the Hotel can be classified as a 5 Star Hotel... but I would hasten to add that there was enough warmth which one sometimes may not find in a 5 Star Hotel... over all I would not hesitate to stay there again on a Business Visit.... my wife too was pretty comfortable and found it relaxing.

“THE WROST HOTEL EVER”

THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE. DEFINATELY NOT A 5 STAR AT ALL MORE LIKE A 2 STAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER FOR ROOM SERVICE AND THEN THEY DONT BRING WHAT YOU WANT. THEY STAFF DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND ONLY 2 MANAGERS SPEAK ANY ENGLISH! VERY POOR BREAKFAST, THEY WANT TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR AN OMELET. DONT GO THERE.
