Nice Hotel in Islamabad
Conveniently located in a clean neighborhood with excellent service. Food quality was good but repeatedly the same everyday.

Horrible experience
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, service was slow waited 45 mins to check in and 35 mins for them to check us out before we can leave. We was late for our meeting. The bed sheets was smelling of sweat couldn't sleep all night. Over all horrible experience.

Good family hotel for a short trip to Islamabad
It is a very good hotel situated on the outskirts of Islamabad.The location is good and easily accessible by car. The hotel and the room were excellent. We had a minor issue with the room upon check-in which was promptly addressed and the situation was handled well by the front desk manager. The entire staff was very polite and very accommodating. Will recommend to every one.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in this location. We checked in and the AC wasn’t working. We called front desk to change our room but he refused. So after 30 minutes sitting in a boiling hot room, a maintenance guy came with a ladder to fix the AC. He spend 30 minutes fixing it but still AC didn’t work as expected. As our breakfast was included, majority of the food was old and stale. Not recommended at all.

Great Hotel and Service!
The service and hotel were both top notch! I arrived early and with no money as the ATM would not take my card. I needed to pay the taxi driver and the staff paid it for me allowing me to pay them back later. Really helped me out! I discovered, for future reference Standard Chartered Bank will take American bank cards. The room service food was excellent and the staff were great! Will stay again for sure.

When I tried checking in the front desk staff had forgotten their login info for the Hotels.com platform so they couldn't verify my booking. After waiting for 45 minutes I finally checked in. All was well in the room until I was rudely awoken at 6 am with hammering and construction right above my room. When I decided to take a shower I found that my tub was leaking into the bathroom and basically flooded my bathroom. They tried fixing it but that was really the last straw.

Nice hotel let down by staff
We expected a warm welcome by staff, having booked and paid for a suite through Expedia. However, it took staff over 30 minutes to locate our booking details, whilst we waited in the lobby. We were not offered drinks or any explanation for the delay. The suite itself was of a resonable size and standard. Room servjce was fairly quick and food was of a good standard. Bearing in mind the high price that we paid for the suite, we expected and warmer and swifter welcome than that received. It seems that this hotel, though registered with Expedia, does not have the infrastructure to cope well with online bookings, as my friend had a similar experience with an Expedia booking made a few months earlier.
