“Great location”

Excellent location, right next to train, bus and tram terminus. Easy to walk or catch tram into centre. Hotel clean and modern - not full of French character but that's not what you book a Novotel for. Great rooms for travelling with children. Room slightly squashed when both sofabeds pulled out but easy to fold away for more room in day. Would definately book again.

“Nice Hotel”

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable hotel apart from room was a bit too warm at night and no windows to open or air cond to adjust. Staff were nice and spoke English well. Breakfast buffet was ok, got a good deal through expedia

“typical French hotel”

small rooms less than plush bedding but affordably priced. one receptionist was extremely rude and the others were very kind. OK for the money in France but certainly not top scale in any category

“Hôtel Novotel à Grenoble avec parking et très bien situé : centre ville, gare”

Hôtel conforme à mes attentes : décoration agréable, confort des chambres, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité, personnel serviable. Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la gare (sans en avoir le bruit) et accès facile au centre ville. Mieux vaut réserver tôt pour bénéficier des tarifs promo.

“Das Hotel liegt zentral in einem Kongresszentrum in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.”

Das Hotel liegt günstig zum Stadtzentrum, das fußläufig erreichbar ist, zum Bahnhof und zur Tram, mit der man sehr gut angebunden ist. Da es als Kongresshotel konzipiert ist, fehlt naturgemäß die Gemütlichkeit eines Urlaubshotels. Dennoch ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage für eine private Städtereise empfehlenswert. Wer Novotel kennt, wird hier keine Überraschungen erleben. Unangenehm waren allerdings im Familienzimmer die Ausziehbetten, deren Sprungfedern vom Schläfer schmerzhaft gefühlt wurden. Ärgerlich fanden wir auch, dass wir täglich nach der Handtuchausstattung für die dritte Person fragen mussten und die leere Kleenexbox nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück ist positiv hervorzuheben.

“Gerne wieder”

Prinzipiell prima, mit 2 kleinen Minuspunkten: 1) Der Room Service hatte wohl vor meiner Ankunft den Wasserkocher mit Essig gereinigt und leider vergessen, den Essig wegzuschütten. 2) Ich fand im ganzen Zimmer keine Übersicht über den Hotelservice, also so Sachen wie Checkin, Checkout Time etc Ansonsten war alles tiptop. Wasserkocher und Tee standen bereit, eine brauchbar gefüllte Minibar ebenso.
