“Les Grand Rosses Hotel Review Alpe D'Huez”
The hotel was clean and tidy, but rather poor in many compared to other skiing resorts and hotels stayed out. Good and bad points bullet pointed below:- Room - we booked a superior room. It had enough space, but the bathroom must have dated back to the 1970's. It all worked fine, but not what we were expecting Dinner - starter and dessert were great. Meat (steak) was tough as old boots Breakfast - unbelievable; no chef and only chopped bacon and scrambled eggs. We asked if we could boil some eggs (no was the answer). In addition, there was only 1 x toaster which took 2 slices?!?!?! Jacuzzi was cold, Sauna was ok albeit quite small and the pool was fine Staff were friendly and helpful Decor - overall pretty dated and poor. Its a great location and decent size hotel, however they really should invest and make it more lively, up to date and entice you to spend money in there
“Great spring skiing”
Good hotel, location to the hill, great views. Food was super - breakfast was included in our package, crepes available after skiing. Dinner as a hotel guest was a great value, with a greatly reduced rate than for non-guests - and delicious as well. Our son took pictures of the artfully presented dessert. Would definitely recommend.
“worst hotel ever! Never book this hotel!”
lousy room, high price, poor service, hotel is in horrible condition...never book this hotel.
“Accueil sympa !!!”
