“it is a not a 4-star hotel!”

Here are just a few problems with this hotel: - Front desk people barely understood English - We made an error and booked the hotel for 1 extra day that we could not use. -The hotel refused to refund the cost of one night. And overall the staff was unhappy to be polite and not accommodating at all. - The bed was as hard as rock with a big gap in the middle - The Internet did not work for 3 days and when it was fixed eventually it was extremely slow - Most pools were empty - The grounds were poorly maintained - The tennis court (the only reason we booked this hotel) was in very bad shape with rubbish all over - The guest parking is too small and was always filled even though we were there off season. For all practical purposes there is no parking This hotel does not measure up to an average 2 1/2 star hotel in the US

“Hotel rumoroso e con servizi scadenti”

Hotel assolutamente da sconsigliare: per tutte le sere delle mia permanenza c'era un chiasso assordante e musica sotto le stanze da letto. IMPOSSIBILE RIPOSARE . La mattina la colazione veniva fornita con macchinette che offrivano caffè (scadente) e bisognava anche fare la fila ! Le camere, dalla pulizia sommaria, venivano rifatte non prima delle 3 p.m.. Servizi appena sufficienti allo standard dell'hotel.

L'area del porto di Ischia e la parte alta dell'isola.

“Clarion Hermitage Ischia”

Buon grado di pulizia della camera che anche seza vista mare ma gode di un'ottima visuale sulla corte interna con la piscina. Colazione non soddisfacente poca varietà, per le bibite fila incredibile alle macchinette, non accettabiel per un albergo di questo livello. Il direttore molto cordiale e prodigo di informazioni. Ottima posizione ad un passo dal centro di ischia lido ma protetta dal caos.Consiglio vivamente questo albergo!!!!

“Hotel Hermitage a Ischia: non male”

L'hotel non è male, andrebbe un po' aggiornato, ma nella parte nuova già messa a punto le camere sono OK. Dunque richiedere le camere della parte già restaurata.
