My appointment was for a room with a spa and they assigned me a regular room...another thing that caught my attention is the noise of the place, the people are a bad experience.!!

The floors and beds were so creaky, every time the people above me moved, walked, etc, it was really loud below. They weren't doing anything unusual, but the property is so old and rundown. Carpet would help a lot. I barely slept and checked out after the one night.

They have stairs put you on 4th floor told man I was on oxygen and can’t do stairs so room was changed to 1st floor

Horrible customer service not friendly very rude! No ice! Bed linens, towels very dingy and stained as if they were barely washed. ROACHES! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
We didn’t even finish our stay. When arrived not only was the front desk dry and made it a hard time to check in. After checking in, we went to the room and it was smoky (how for a nonsmoking room) and unkept. We requested a refund and was told they could not provide that but we could stay the night and cancel the next two nights. We said no and felt unsafe, which in turn we given the same dry response - he could not help. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever experienced.

Its not really the hotel its where i make my reservation with hotels.com i ask for a room with a fridge when i get there they was no fridge?? I left the place get refunded to go somewhere else i expect to get rewarded more for wasting my time the hotel front descl nicely to me they was all boockup for the nigh so i deserve next time a free night hope somebody get back to me.

Me había quedado anteriormente y muy de su agrado…. Pero en esta ocasión desde las personas en el establecimiento de mal gusto hasta lo que te encuentras en los pasillos fumando mal olores es muy desagradable… los cuartos sábanas manchadas almohadas amarillas…!

The place is not for regular customers, it is ran over with drug addicts doing short stays and the drugs are being sold right outside the place. The hotel itself is very outdated it has no microwave in the room the ice machine didn't work, the linen and towels, washcloths were very dingy, please avoid this place by all means. This not a place for families to stay at all.

Bed bug in Blanket
Initially Bathroom ceiling was leaking then they changed the Room after complaining We have to repack our stuff and no help was provided Wifi was also not working for the whole even after many complaints In 2nd room , it was stinking badly and later on we have found the bed bugs in Blanket Kindly refund our money as compensation for the hardship we have faced.

This was by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. The walls are paper thin, the people above me had a child who trampled, jumped and stomped all day. I gave full disclosure that I was on business and was at the hotel strictly to rest as I worked night shift. They give you sheets doubled up with a see through wool throw in between and they call it a blanket. They do not accommodate or provide blankets the noise never stopped I just checked out early. It is in the middle of a terrible unsightly area. It has stairs and no elevator so if you have heavy or a lot of luggage this is not a good place to stay. I hated my stay and would never recommend to anyone.

Terrible stay!
Do not waste your money on this place. Half hour into the stay and we went and asked for a refund. The place smelled humid and also like marijuana. The towels were dirty and we had a mouse run right by me and my boyfriend. We also had a live bug on the floor with what looked like eggs around it. We got the “spa” suite and didn’t even get to enjoy the hot tub as if was still wet from whoever had the room before us. As we were walking out, another couple went to go ask for a refund as well for a terrible experience. So do not book with them!
