Upon arrival I was not greeted, when someone did finally come around they asked "what do you need" I responded that i had made a reservation through expedia and I was checking in. He says "oh ok, so you need 1 room?" I said yes I booked one room. He asks have I paid and I said yes I have, I can give you the reservation number if that makes it easier. He said no and then proceeds to ask me how many rooms how many beds, smoking or non smoking. I answered all of them but... I already made a reservation, why are we treating this like a whole new reservation instead of just "checking me in" for the reservation I already booked? Anyways fast forward to evening time. I go and try to bathe my daughter and the little piece that you pull up on the faucet to get the shower on is so corroded that I can't pull it up at all No biggie I'll call down for help. Well the phone doesn't work.. I use my cell- no answer. Finally walk down there to ask for help. Im told maintenance will come. I waited from around 630pm to 1030pm when I told my kiddo she'd just need to go to sleep dirty. I tried to use the tub but the water wasn't getting warm either. Next morning we go down and ask again if someone can plz fix the shower. Finally after waiting from 630pm to the next morning at 810am someome came to fix it with pliers and WD40.... Next time we come to the area I'll cough out an extra 70 bucks to stay somewhere we can actually shower at. One night here cost 140 bucks. Buyer beware.
