The area was sketchy. When I first arrived there were druggies at end of hall. People next to me were smoking pot and who knows what else. Music was loud all day and through overnight hours. To say you have an exercise area is false advertising . It’s a tiny room with a couple tread mills and i definitely wouldn’t walk around that area. Having water to purchase would have been nice. Room was clean and staff at front desk were ok .

Upon arrival I was not greeted, when someone did finally come around they asked "what do you need" I responded that i had made a reservation through expedia and I was checking in. He says "oh ok, so you need 1 room?" I said yes I booked one room. He asks have I paid and I said yes I have, I can give you the reservation number if that makes it easier. He said no and then proceeds to ask me how many rooms how many beds, smoking or non smoking. I answered all of them but... I already made a reservation, why are we treating this like a whole new reservation instead of just "checking me in" for the reservation I already booked? Anyways fast forward to evening time. I go and try to bathe my daughter and the little piece that you pull up on the faucet to get the shower on is so corroded that I can't pull it up at all No biggie I'll call down for help. Well the phone doesn't work.. I use my cell- no answer. Finally walk down there to ask for help. Im told maintenance will come. I waited from around 630pm to 1030pm when I told my kiddo she'd just need to go to sleep dirty. I tried to use the tub but the water wasn't getting warm either. Next morning we go down and ask again if someone can plz fix the shower. Finally after waiting from 630pm to the next morning at 810am someome came to fix it with pliers and WD40.... Next time we come to the area I'll cough out an extra 70 bucks to stay somewhere we can actually shower at. One night here cost 140 bucks. Buyer beware.

Staff was not warming what so ever ,sketchy guest ,and pretty loud and The area had a foul odor in the air like sewage. The room it self was clean and up to par and I loved the heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the room with all the mirrors which is why I booked the room initially for valentines day .Otherwise I prefer interior rooms .All the construction work around the Hotel is not a pretty nor convient view either .

Checking in and out was super easy. The room was clean but the coffee machine had old noodles in it. The refrigerator leaked water which made the cabinets rotten. Someone knocked on my door at 1am which I ignored. Overall it was average.

Overall I would give a 9/10 it’s was comfortable and we were like right at the center of everywhere we wanted to go literally got everywhere in under 15-20mins the price was fair n affordable we got the jacuzzi suite loved the room I didn’t expect it to be as spacious as it was lil breakfast bar was decent they gave of plenty of towels checkin in n out was simple and easy staff was nice got us in & out no problem I would just recommend they replace the carpet with tile carpet was pretty old stained and torn up in a lot of places so it makes the room look outdated it was cold so we didn’t use the pool but it’s was sets outside the door it looked clean n nice I would definitely stay here again lovedddd the heart shaped Jacuzzi tub

I normally don't post reviews, but for the safety of others think it's appropriate. Had to book a room very last minute as our flight in Dallas was cancelled. When we arrived, the front-desk personalle was extremely rude. After we arrived to our room I phoned in to ask about wifi and promptly hung up on me as soon as I was double checking I had the password correct. No other exchanges. Nothing but a hang up. Very unprofessional. The kicker was the fact there was blood soaked into the carpet. It looked like someone was stabbed, and nobody cared to clean it. It didn't help there was also a needle INSIDE of our coffee machine. We have photos of the needles and blood because we were mortified. I have never seen a room so unhygienically safe in my life. Needless to say, stay away.

It was not good. Hard to get to because of construction. Very limited on food and breakfast was awful. Felt unsafe! Didn’t stay the whole time got another hotel. Days Inn could do better.
