Chosen because of proximity to airport and “10 minute” shuttle because of long night time connection. Confirmed twice by calling desk that shuttle was 10 minutes away and would come when called at midnight and the exact spot to call from. When actually called for pickup at midnight as planned was scolded by driver that shuttle was busy, was this my first or second time calling for it, many possible pick-ups, blah blah blah. Nothing special about hotel, roaches running around. Do not recommend.

There was a roach in my bathroom and I had to move rooms. Also, didn’t like the fact that in the pictures of the hotel bathroom online had a walk in glass shower, but did not at the hotel. They actually had a dated bathtub with a shower curtain that was stained. And there were unexpected charges for parking. The staff was great and helpful! But I don’t think I will ever come back to this hotel.

the housekeeping service came busting into our room super early and the door latch stopped them from getting in. we were sound asleep as we flew in very late and didn’t even check in until 1 am. the bathroom not having a fan is awful and no microwave in the room was very inconvenient! the male that checked us in at 1am told us we could request a 1am checkout and the morning lady said she could only do 12:30 or she would charge. it was a very frustrating stay and we will not be back

Pleasantly surprised with the modern, clean hotel with a bar and restaurant on site. Dinner was well above average for soup and salmon and salad. We stayed here because of a flight delay but recommend the hotel for quick access to the airport with well above average facilities.
