I read the reviews on trip advisor about this hotel before I went and there were alot of bad reviews, I couldnt fault the hotel. The hotel may be a tad dated but its clean, warm, welcoming and the beds are very comfortable, staff are very welcoming and couldnt do enough for you, the breakfast was also excellent - huge choice, freshly made. I will without a doubt return to this hotel when I fancy a night or two in Inverness

Fabulous friendly staff and the room was spotlessly clean with a good selection of teas and coffee and chocolate drinks. We arrived early in the morning before check in and were able to leave our luggage in a secure room. Staff were very helpful and we could not have asked for more.
Located on a one way street, but Garmin can find anything! Quiet, comfortable and friendly. jump-off point for driving to the north coast and Mey Castle. Wonderful trip! Even driving on the left side of the road became natural.

My husband and I travelled to the Scottish Highlands and stayed 2 nights in Inverness. We couldn't have picked a nicer hotel. It is in a beautiful location, we could walk along the river Ness and also to the shopping area. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel offers a lovely country house experience and is set in beautiful gardens but is very near the city. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the food served was delicious. Our Xmas shopping trip was successful and we hope to return again soon.

Very close to downtown Inverness, walking to and from was a breeze. The food was excellent and the owner was very nice. The room was very clean and I only gave a 4 on comfort because the bed was a bit small for my 6'4" boyfriend though I fit well.
