Stayed for 4 nights, hotel is super convenient right beside (directly connected in fact) to the train station. Room was comfortable and clean, and pretty spacious.

The hotel is situated distances, next to the train station (which couldn’t be heard from our room), buses and taxis are also in the vicinity which we found handy We had breakfast, the choice was excellent It is a very secure hotel Shops and restaurants were in walking distances The reception area had seating (settees) and charging points with a bar and a kettle and computer so you could relax instead of staying in your room

Excellent location - literally right next to the train station - yet so quiet! 15 minute walk into the old city. Clean and simple. Shower pressure ok. AC worked beautifully!!! Fast wifi. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again.

Close to the center of town and the old quarter and Bus-Tram and Train services were just outside, the parking was not easy to find for the Hotel but where excellent only other issue,no kettle in the room.

Location right next to Innsbruck HBF train station. You can enter hotel from the station without going outside. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood. Service adequate. Some problems with room keys not working every day.

The room was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and professional. Sadly, like all Ibis Hotels there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or room safe but a very enjoyable stay none the less.
