The hotel is a beautiful old building in the historic centre. It is very quiet. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent. We were also impressed with our evening meal in the popular restaurant.

Our stay at the Weisses Rössl Hotel was amazing, in fact it exceeded our expectations. From the start the staff were so friendly, engaging and truly genuine. They made us feel as we were staying with family and good friends. The owner Klaus Plank was the loveliest man and great a great host one could ever imagine. Our 6 night stay over Christmas was such fun in the bar/restaurant singing Christmas songs, so filled with merriment. The hotel was beautifully appointed recently renovated and was classy. Our room was just amazing. Being a boutique hotel made it so intimate, relaxed and friendly. Innsbruck is such a beautiful city. The hotel is right in the old city and you feel transported back a few centuries walking the little alley ways just outside. Stay at the Weisses Rössl in Innsbruck it will leave a footprint on your heart. Thank you to Klaus Plank and your staff we will return!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this hotel due to cancelled trains from the storm while we were travelling, but the hotel staff were very understanding and cancelled our hotel without charging us. We really did everything we could to get there and appreciated that they were compassionate!

One of my favorite hotels in the world.
I'm so fortunate to get to visit Innsbruck for work every year or two and whenever I come I stay here. I travel a lot, all over the world, and I look forward to my stay at the Weisses Rossl every time. It's one of my favorite hotels. I always sleep so well, eat like a queen, and just get taken care of on a level I just don't get everywhere. It's really a treat. If you're looking for a comfortable bed, great service, and amazing food...book here.

This property was in the center of the old town. Close to everything. The staff was so helpful in giving us all the information we needed to see the best sights and get the best value. I would totally stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with great staff. Upon check in they acknowledged we had dogs and before we could get our bags from the car they had blankets and bowls waiting for us in the room. Our children’s favorite part of our entire trip was the breakfast, they loved the food choices and talking to the women who were serving.

We only had one night at the Weisses Rossl unfortunately but we enjoyed every minute. The staff was wonderful and the hotel decor was eclectic and refreshing. Overall an excellent place to visit. The location was especially prime as well.
