“Great hotel right near the train station”
We were upgraded on arrival to a junior suite and really enjoyed the three nights we spent here. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service at the hotel is great. It's a little bit of a walk to the old town as this hotel is located close to the train station but Innsbruck is so small that this isn't a problem and there is nothing dodgy about the neighbourhood - very handy for getting in and out of town. Probably our only complaint is that some tour groups stay here and that can increase the amount of traffic in the lobby and at breakfast when they gather. But overall this didn't affect us too much. It's a very nice hotel with modern amenities, great showers and comfortable beds.
“Preis-Leistung hat für uns nicht gestimmt”
Bei unserer Ankuft stand Müll vor unserem Zimmer im Flur. Vor dem Tresen im Eingangsbereich muss eine Blume umgefallen sein. Die verstreute Blumenerde hat außer uns niemanden gestört. Am kommenden Morgen lagen Reste von Schuhsohlen stundenlang im Flur vor dem Aufzug herum. Der Safe war funktionsunfähig, auch nachdem ich eine fehelnde Batterie organisiert und eingebaut hatte. Der Kaffee aus der selbst zu bedienenden Kaffeemaschine war nicht wirklich gut, das Frühstücksangebot war übersichtlich. Sorry, Hotel Sailer.

Das Hotel Sailer in Innsbruck liegt sehr zentral und wenn man mit dem Flugzeug kommt ca. 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und sehr modern. Uns hat es seht gut gefallen. Sehr sauber und ansprechend. Der Service an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war korrekt jedoch keineswegs herzlich. Das fand ich sehr schade. Nichts desto trotz würde ich sofort wieder ins Hotel Sailer gehen.

Camera appena verniciata. Odore pessimo e temperatura simile ad una sauna. Personale non proprio cordiale e colazione assolutamente carente. Grossa delusione. SCONSIGLIATO
