Best Western Plus Hotel Leipziger Hof has a famous à la carte restaurant (mo-sa starting at 5pm, sun- and holidays closed). In the morning our breakfast is served until 11am (weekend until 12am)

“I'd go back!”
My room was smaller than expected but very comfortable with a proper bathtub and balcony with a view over the park and to the mountains. A lot of noise from passing trams, but quite convenient for reaching the city by public transport. Very pleasant, helpful staff and lovely food in the restaurant. I'd definitely go back to this very welcoming and well-run hotel.
“Good location, good service”
We used this hotel as a stop-off on our way from Munich to the Italian Tirol. Ideal for this as it is easy to find from the motorway and very convenient for the Old Town. Room was good as was the rate. We walked into the Old Town (ten minutes) for dinner and also next morning for breakfast. The hotel buffet breakfast at 10 euros did not look like good value and we had an excellent breakfast in Town for 5.50. First time in Innsbruck and would go back, even though there seeme dot be too many people smoking everywhere!
“Would stay again and recommend to friends”
I took my husband to Innsbruck to see the wonderful alps for his 30th birthday. I read very good reviews for the hotel and decided to book there. Once booked, I e-mailed them and requested a room with a view of the mountains and explained that it was for his birthday. When we got there, we had a great view and the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Marcus. Breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfotable. Nice shower! It is so close to the Tram stop that goes all the way to the main station and into the old town. Perfect! We would stay there again and highly recommend it to all.
“Would certainly use the Leipziger Hof again”
The Leipziger Hof is one of the best hotels in which we have stayed in recent years. The reception staff were excellent, the location very convenient for the station and the centre of town, and the room was beautiful. Free wifi and a great breakfast added to the experience. The parking charge was a reasonable 8 euros for 24 hours and the hotel not too hard to find by car from the autobahn. Thank to all the the Leipziger Hof!
“Nice oasis but a good walk from the centre”
Overall a very nice hotel with pleasant rooms, food and good service. Only problem is that it is about a 20 minute walk from the old town, which was a problem for my elderly mother in law.
“No way is this four star.”
This hotel is a 3 star at best. Atrocious parking; entry from car park through the kitchen area; no porter; horrid location; no toiletries; a small fan acting as air conditioning on a hot July night; and no minibar, merely a lukewarm bottle of mineral water at a grossly inflated price.They checked us in before our rooms were ready - when we got upstairs, the maids were still busying around though what they were doing we are not quite sure as our beds were unmade with just a folded up duvet on each bed, reminiscent of a youth hostel. Appalling even by Best Western standards, shall never use one of their hotels again.
