Hotel was excellent. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable. There was not a problem with anything. Hotel lift was great. Complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day. Would recommend staying here again. Plenty of restaurants nearby hotel.

Quaint, comfortable hotel with the nicest front desk staff ever! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend. The room was pretty basic very clean and overall the hotel is lovely. The breakfast was superb and the service outstanding. There's coffee/latte/tea available 24/7. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this wonderful, family-run property!
The hotel is very close to the old town, just a short walk. The room was great, reasonably spacious with floor to ceiling windows offering an amazing view of the Alps and the town. Bathroom was very nice as well, quite large. Bed and blankets were super comfy as well. Definitely recommend.
We stayed at this hotel the night before we had to take an early flight from Munich International Airport. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean, nice and quiet. The only caution I'd offer is that the hotel is farther from the airport than I expected (about 9 miles), and while it took only about 15 minutes to get there, the cab ride was $45.
Right next door to a supermarket. Across the street from the E bus stop for simple access to the train station. Nice walk next to a park to the Old town area. Hotel was clean, modern, perfect for my stay.
Very clean, solid, functional and yet comfortable hotel. A real breath of civilised air and understated luxury after a week on tour in similarly priced hotels in Italy. The city is in the most stunning of locations and the hotel is, as its name would suggest, central between train, shops and river.
The hotel is literally across the road from main train station which is excellent when you arrive tired. The staff speak excellent English. My room was clean, comfy and had air-conditioning. It was also very quiet - you are right next to the train station but you can't hear it. It is a very short walk to the old city and places to eat and drink (Crocodile Pizza and the Stiftskeller are my personal recommendations).
