As a business base for a couple of days, the Kyriad Tours is ideal. The rooms are clean and functional, the beds are comfortable (if you like hard beds - I do). The staff are always willing and able to assist.

Lovely hotel during the COVID outbreak July 2020 - very clean and aggressive to all the tiles - parking 10€ a bit stressful underground with a big car ! Easy walking distance to the city and bars restaurants.

Excellent location. Close to downtown, old town, train station etc. Grocery across the street with great prices and they Carry a wide range of excellent French wines at Awesome low prices!! Quiet room. AC works great. Most hotels in Europe/France lack ac.

Basic but clean hotel walkable to City centre
Basic but clean and functional rooms. Friendly staff. Very convenient for Tours city centre. If you’re lucky like we were, there is easy parking outside that you only need to pay for during the day. There is also an underground car park with a height restriction of 1.9m which we didn’t use, but looked incredibly narrow with a steep ramp.

Very good location . Staff very nice. Room very clean. Breakfast very correct for 10€. Room a bit small, but it's standart size at this price. 8/10. Wi-Fi difficult to catch, but finally works great when we keep signal on. Very quiet.

Very nice staff, but not my favorite hotel
The hotel is decent, but I found the bed uncomfortable. The memory foam pillow is nice, but compresses down too much and didn't provide the support of my memory foam pillow at home. The neighborhood is ok, but staying closer to the historic part of town would have been a better choice for my purposes. The staff are very friendly though and gave good recommendations on where to go and what to do! I was also fine with the WiFi on my phone, but I kept getting kicked off when trying to use my computer for basic tasks.

Very pleasant one night stay en route north. Comfortable , spacious room on 3rd floor Underground parking very difficult to access from front if you have a large car.

A delight
The hotel is only 10 minutes from the center of town. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and air conditioned (a big plus in France where it is rare). The bathroom is spacious with a bath tub. It is very quiet. Room is clean. the wifi works great as well as the flat screen TV. There is a bar and a restaurant. Nothing negative to say.

Comfortable hotel.
Good hotel for the price. On a busy road but does have good double glazing. Breakfast was extra but a good continental style meal. First time I have been able to squeeze oranges to make fresh juice. Staff are excellent - very helpful and friendly.

Easy driving distance to the old part of Tours (Place Plumereau) and the city tram runs right down the same street (Rue Grammont). The parking garage ramp is narrow and best for small cars.

Clean, pleasant hotel
We had a very spacious double room with a balcony that the hotel provided on our request so we could see the bicycle race happening on the street in front of the hotel. Tea and coffee service are provided in the room with a little cookie and a bottle of water in the room or you could have the optional buffet with eggs, ham, cereal and coffee. Its France, so you're not going to find that kind of breakfast easily. Staff was quite pleasant and proficient enough in English. You're a short distance from the center of town which is walkable or a convenient bus or tram ride away.

We went to join our daughter who was studying abroad. The hotel was very close to her host's home and yet walking distance to the city center. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. I would stay again weighing cost and simple need for a clean, quiet place to stay.

Convenient Hotel to City Center
Hotel has an excellent location just outside city center. City bus stops right outside. Breakfast good value for money. Very friendly, helpful staff. Selected this hotel because of underground garage. No free street parking. Room and twin beds a bit small by American standards. Very clean, well managed hotel. A bit of a walk to good restaurants, but manageable. Took the bus a lot before renting car.Would stay there again.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Asked for a quiet room. Tea and coffee in room very welcome. Plenty of places to eat nearby but if you want the old town this hotel is situated in a modern area. Would stay here again.

We only spent one night at the hotel as we were traveling from the north to the south of France. The room was fine for one night but I probably wouldn't want to stay longer. The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff was kind and helpful.

A reasonably priced hotel with pleasant staff. Air conditioning went wrong 1st night so a bit uncomfortable, but easily fixed the next day. Poor wi-fi reception in my room on ground floor. Excellent breakfast choice except overdone eggs.
