“Good option for family and business use”

The Hotel may not compare as good as a 4 star property one finds in bigger cities and its price could be cheaper. However, overlooking the cost, the service was seamless and well organized. No delays and no hitches. Staff were courteous and easy to get along with. The breakfast spread was ample and luxurious. Barring some repair work during the day which had a constant battering of noise at some room/floor, we had no complains and had as good as stay as one can expect. The complementary tea/coffee and water was constantly refreshed whenever we asked for, which is nice, considering some hotels can be fussy with such details. Couldnt try out the swimming pool as the day we expected to leave, their only lift to the swimming pool was functioning. There are no stairways except the fire exit either.

Area recommendations
This is a pretty good neighbourhood considering its in the city centre and adjacent to a large shopping mall. Good accessibility to public transport.
