Perfectly located hotel for Delhi airport. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating, especially the bar and restaurant staff. Pity the hot water for showers was never wuite hot enough and some days only just warm enough.

The staff were so helpful. The Hotel is very near to the airport with no support services around. Other than walking to another hotel, the area is so new / construction continues nearby / there is nowhere to walk. Thie Red Fox hotel however is connected through the pool and restaurant areas with a Lemon Tree Premier Hotel which gave us access to the services provided there. We were able to get a haircut, go to the bar, etc. We were even able to leave a bag with unneeded items while we toured India in bag check at the Red Fox. The security is robust at this airport hotel. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a variety of both Indian and non Indian foods. We did not elect to take advantage of the late check out option (for a fee), but with late night flights this could be desirable. The cyber kiosk computers worked fine for printing boarding passes, etc. The courtesy of the staff was most memorable, including front lobby, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Would definitely choose this hotel again if in need of a Delhi airport hotel.
