The only thing that hindered my experience was that there was no microwave in the room. Everything was amazing otherwise.

The sheets had stains and were completely dirty when we got there. I asked for new and never got new/cleaned sheets. Other than that everything else was nice. The staff were nice. You had lots of dining and shopping options which was a plus. Just disappointed in not having a very clean room

My experience was not the best the mattress had stains the room had an odor this was bought to the attention of the staff and they said due to me booking through third party there was nothing much they could do I believe the odor came from the mold in the room behind the sofa bed or the carpet just has not been treated and cleaned in that area but I just compromised because it’s water weekend and I wanted to enjoy my stay as much as possible but I had to call for room service twice on 3/30/2024 once at before 11 am and I left the room for 4 hours and returned the room service had still not been completed so I had to call the front desk again spoke with Markeita which’s whom I spoke with the first time and she said she would put in an additional request. So by the time room service arrived which was an hour after the second call at about 4 pm room service staff only bought clean linens and made the bed while me and my date were in the room sitting on the sofa as we waited in room service I did not want to complain to much and ruin out stay but this experience was not the greatest the room had a foul odor I used my body spray to pretty much cover the odor they need to throughly clean the rooms and sanitize carpet and get rid of mold and dirty mattresses.

The hotel was shabby overall. Torn and stained upholstery and peeling paint everywhere. Also 1 bottle of water was privided per day along with a card that says "stay hydrated"

Skip this place!! Our first room the bathroom wasn’t cleaned so we requested a new one. In the new room the bedsheets were stained so we requested to get them changed. Seemed like a small inconvenience until they cleaned our room the next day. We wanted all the towels changed because they smelled funny and they literally just folded them from the ground and put them back as if they were clean and replaced!!! How do I know? Because the two that we used were still wet when we unrolled the “fresh” ones! So gross, who knows what else they just put back. Worst experience, not worth it. Stay anywhere else.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff & convenient garage attached as well as the mall with lots of shops & food. Loved the gym & the hot tub looked huge but lots of kids & seemed hectic so got in some steps instead on treadmill. Security does good job keeping kids out of the gym without parents. The cons: Expedia booked “corner room” which I’m guessing they get for massive discount because it was 1/3 the size I thought it would be. Also, cleanliness: Where the towels were kept, beneath sink was super dusty- like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. Sink didn’t drain properly. Hotel front desk offered to send an engineer up but I was leaving. Didn’t feel like wasting time just wanted them to be aware.
