“Great location, great hotel”

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I think all rooms are suites......upon arrival they upgraded us to a larger suite which is the same layout but much more space. Beds are very comfortable. Full size fridge/microwave in the room. Right in the middle of Meridian Street so very convenient to MANY things in downtown Indy. Hotel staff was very helpful in making suggestions for dinner, nightlife, etc. Better than average continental breakfast........I highly recommend this hotel.

very nice stay at homewood suites, will return again, only complaint was all of the construction going on around indy. when all of the downtown construction is complete it will be a great place to visit.

“Great Value, Neighborhood a little trendy for young families”

Cool location with large room and great breakfast. Hotel is in a renovated warehouse and the room had huge ceilings which made it feel really open. The quality of the room was great, beds comfortable, good amenities and nice shower with lots of hot water. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Pool was a little cool, but was clean and well chlorinated. A few words to the wise. The room was advertised as one bedroom but there is no door to close (so not like an Embassy Suites). The area is very trendy. Lots of bars/restaurants/clubs. I travelled with my kids and was not prepared for a group of guys dropping f-bombs when we got out of the car at 8pm. Also lots of loud motorcycles zooming down the street through the night and a group of people talking loudly on the street around 2am. I would definitely stay here if I was coming back for a game, traveling with my wife or with a group of adults, but would only stay with kids if I was on the top floor and out of earshot of motorcycles and profanity.

“Sweating in My Expensive Room”

Reserved a King suite.. was given something else but not told so. Figured it out when we got to the room. Was told no King rooms were available for us. One of our party offered to switch with us. When we got to the room it was 78deg in the room and the AC didn't work... had to switch rooms at 10:30pm to another room with a broken AC unit. The manager talked to me about it that it was something to do with the way their system operates. I don't care.. paid for a comfortable room and was not given one and had to pack/unpack and move rooms with a 2year old 3 times! I was not offered anything for all the trouble.. I would have expected at least a free night or more. Obviously Homewood Suites is not what it used to be. Last time I ever stay in one! Avoid this hotel at all costs. It looks beautiful and is .. maybe when it's winter time it's nice.

“Great location”

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning could not keep up and our room was never cool. We were in town in late July so a cooler room would have been a welcome relief. The location was great for Conseco and for any of the downtown restaurants!

“Prime Indy location”

I thought the room was extremely comfortable and large. I know others complained about noise, but I didn't hear a thing. It is wonderfully located, near shopping, restaurants and bars. We were in town for a wedding a block away and really enjoyed our stay. I would stay here about in a heartbeat.

“home-like convenience”

This hotel provided services that were above and beyond my expectations. While having to be in town for a few days for a conference, I wanted the most from my stay: this hotel delivered that and more. The location was perfect: it was not only positioned straight ahead from the convention center, but it was conveniently near leisure spots as well. The hotel concierge advised me and my sister to "take advantage" of the breakfast and dinner that would be served during the week that was included in the room, and we did so, and enjoyed an array of food and beverage that the hotel had to offer. The service staff impeccibly and seamlessly replaced the food on a mini-buffet line type of set up, asked guests if they needed anything else, and were efficient in meeting those needs. The room was clean, spacious, and homey, not to mention well decorated. This was a unique hotel with a quiet, quaint, yet chic with well-worth it services such as the breakfast and dinner provided. I would certainly stay here again.

“Amazing Night”

Stayed one night with 3 friends to watch a Pacers-Bulls game and was very impressed. Perfect location being right next to Conseco, the mall, and tons of restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Complimentary dinner was excellent. The room was very spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again!

“Indy Elegance Slap in the Centre of the City”

Great hotel in renovated warehouse space. Huge rooms with full kitchens and soaring ceilings in most rooms. Complementary breakfast adds a nice touch. Right down the road from the (in)famous Slippery Noodle Jazz bar and Shapiro's Deli. Our home away from home in Indy.
