    “Nice Stay”

    I came into this Hilton midnight Sat night. People were friendly. Nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Star Bucks coffee served. Bed was great. Nice selection of tv channels. The pool looked good. But not for laying out. Bad thing was there was not enough parking.

    “Can't Wait to Go Back!”

    I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and the rooms and the pleasant staff when you check-in. I will DEFINITELY return, no hassle check-in and out.

    “Comfortable place to stay.”

    The hotel was very comfortable, though a bit on the old side.

    We were in town for the Indianapolis Children's Museum. It was fabulous - it appeals to all ages.

    “One of the best in Indy”

    My stay at the Hilton Indianapolis North was excellent. The staff were very courteous and pleasant.

    Area recommendations
    I would recomment The Children's Museum and the Indianpolis Zoo. I can't wait to go back to visit the other attractions in Indianapolis. I will be using this hotel to stay at for those trips as well.

    “Would stay there again.”

    Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little small. Hotel was quiet. The elevators were the slowest I've ever experienced. TV didn't initially work. Had to unplug the coffee maker under the desk and then used that plug for the TV.

    “Never stay there again!”

    We travel often and this Hilton is not up to par with the great Hilton name,the hotel was ok but You can go right acroos the street to the Drury Inn for a better deal for your dollar.

    “"customer service at it's best"”

    from the arrival to the departure this was a plesant experience! the hotel staff takes pride in their work environment and it shows. immaculately clean-updated decor placed correctly as to not obstruct traffic flow-very accommodating (replaced the forgotten toothbrush)-felt secure. i have one constructive criticism to pass on....the bathroom in the room, was very very small. this does not discourage me from future visits as it will be my responsibility to make my request known at the booking. this hilton has won our future business. we visit indianapolis up to 3 times a year.....keep up the great work! see you in a few months............

    shadeland because of easy access to hotels and retail businesses---downtown indianapolis for the greatness of the city, the pride of the people, the fun restaurants, museums, jazz fest (catch one of these if you can) .
    Getting around
    please note ... main routes through and around the city have a tendency to change names. a city map is a must.
    Events and shows
    music---look at the downtown area itinerary for summer and early fall concerts....if you can catch a jazzfest---make the trip--you will not be disappointed....the great food will fall into place.

    “I WILL MAKE THIS MY INDY STAY”

    Better than I thought for the price. Great service when I checked in. Fast and had everything in order. Excellant rooms - clean. Good room service with good food. I liked my stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.

    “It was a good hotel--not perfect but excellent.”

    Location was good, hotel was nice. The bed was not as comfortable as in other hotels I've stayed at.

    “A reservation should mean just that.”

    Check in was quite smooth, however I "reserved" 2 rooms for smoking. Upon arrival, we were told that one room would be non smoking. That all the smoking rooms were taken. Isn't that why we "reserve" the room that we want? Other than that, it was quite nice, clean, very comfortable beds, wonderful pillows, and the room darkening drapes really work. We slept in til 11:30 and could have slept longer! A little fridge would have been nice. I would stay here again.
