“Great Hotel”
clean, spacious room
“Great Hotel, Didn't Provide Rooms as Reserved”
My reservation was for 4 adults and 4 children, 2 rooms with 2 beds. When I arrived at the hotel the only rooms available with 2 beds were on the smoking floor. Ended up with 1 room with 1 bed and 1 room with a bed and a pull-out. When we pulled out the sofa found a random comb in the bedding which was not clean. Had to order a roll away bed.
“indianapolis”
The hotel is great but I just wanted a recommendation for dinner and there was no concierge in sight on a Monday night (and the registration employee was too busy with people checking in to bother). I didn't fly in to Indianapolis but got a good rate to stay at the airport hotel. Everything was great (except the concierge).
“Wanted to stay longer...”
Everything was great!!
“Quiet & Convenient”
I am a wedding planner. Staying at the Hilton was close and convenient to the ceremony as well as the reception. I requested a room on the lower floors and a quiet room. I was on the third floor tucked back in a corner of the hotel and my husband and I loved. Never heard a sound all night. Thanks Andrea who helped me with the room
“Hilton, Downtown Indy”
The hotel is in the perfect location downtown for shopping, restaurants, bars & Massachusetts Ave. Plus its only a 10 minute drive to the race track. The hotel is exceptionaly clean, and the staff is exceedingly nice. This is the third time I've stayed at this Hilton and it will be the only hotel I stay at when I go to Indianapolis.
“Great Customer service”
Car was broken into in the parking facility. Staff cleaned the car, taped up the window, contacted the police and altered the hotel charges. Great service that turned a bad experience into a not so bad experience.
“Great location”
Really nice hotel. Great location. Lucked out and found parking on the street, so we didn't have to pay the high price of the parking garage!
“Excellent Hotel in Indy”
At first we were not sure about the customer service of this hotel. We had a late arrival, I called 2 days prior to let them know, by the time we got to our hotel at 2am they had given away our non smoking rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we they fixed the problem and that we were happy, they gave us smaller non smoking rooms for the night then moved us in the morning to the rooms we paid for. In addition they gave us complimentary breakfast buffet coupons. We were very impressed with the superior customer service by Brian who dealt with our issue on the night shift as well as the day staff. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others!
“Pretty good”
The only complaints we had about our stay were that the room wasn't quite as nice as I would have expected, although I wonder if that was b/c we booked on a "deal" website and therefore didn't get one of the nicer rooms. We had no view out of the window except the concrete wall of the parking garage, no refridgerator, and the plumbing made some funny noises. However, it was a decent stay. The only major problem we had was with the parking, which is $22 per day in the hotel garage, which seems a little excessive. Other than that, we were right in downtown, easy walking distance from a lot of restaurants and attractions and had a wonderful time.
