“Don't take the taxi”
Hotel recommended taxi to inner city at a cost of $20.00. the taxi cost $38 to the city and $45 back. I could have driven for a lot less. Original room assignment was not made up and smelled of strong marijuana.
“Good Value”
The immediate area surrounding the hotel is all offices. During the week this hotel is probably busy. I have stayed there 3 times - all at the weekend and the hotel has been quiet. The hotel does need some minor work to improve its appearance. If you don't mind travelling a few miles to find a restaurant this hotel offers great value for money.
“Thanksgiving 2011”
Sheraton was clean, but cold water throughout our stay made the showers unacceptable. Nice staff, but they could not solve the problem.

Nice hotel that can be confusing to find for the first time. Backs up to interstate so very noisey. Would be nice if they included a breakfast. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable.
“Served it's purpose”
The hotel is in a corporate park just of the 495 loop and Rte 31. Easy to get to, easy to get anywhere else. The hotel looks great on the outside. The interior however is dated. In all fairness, the hotel is undergoing a renovation. All the colors in the room are "faded". But the room itself is well appointed with the standards: coffee maker, good coffee, free wireless and good cable tv. The TV is an old box model. The couch in the room looked bland and rather dusty. Not inviting. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was so/so. No fan, which was weird. Toiletries were very generic. All in all the room served it's purpose but I always felt like it wasn't very clean. The best example is that the at first blush it looks clean but when you looked closer you could see faded stains on the sheets. With the bathroom door open at a certain angle you can see something had sprayed all over the door, like soda or juice and dried clear...no one has noticed and the door remains uncleaned. We stayed two nights. After our first night we left the room for a marathon and didn't get back until 4 pm. The room had not been cleaned yet. So I just got more towels and let it go. There is not free/complimentary breakfast, which was odd to me considering what we had for a room. If you want luxury, don't stay here. If you want basics but above Red Roof/Comfort Inn then this is the place.

“Comfortable hotel for great price”
The Four Points is in great shape, well maintained, and is very comfortable. The first thing I do when I check into a room is see how clean it is before I put my stuff down. This hotel is very clean, and the rooms are quite comfortable. My family also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. It's close to an interstate, close to shopping, and in a corporate area, so it's pretty safe. The desk staff was polite and helpful. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but we picked up some snacks from the family room area. Too bad there's no continental breakfast, but not surprising since there's a restaurant. Also, no fridges in teh rooms, so hard to keep your own meals or snacks. Otherwise, no complaints. Overall, this was a great hotel experience.
“Comfortable”
The hotel was very nice and convenient. The Terra Nova restaurant had fantastic food and great service. My only complaint is that at 9:30am the day we were supposed to check out a woman with a clipboard woke us up by knocking incessantly at our door. When I answered she simply asked "What time will you be checking out?" I had assumed that check out times were pre-established. Expedia's website said check out was at 12pm. We could have used extra sleep, but after that woman came by, it seemed as though they had wanted us out as soon as possible.
“Very dissatisfied”
We arrived on Sunday around 5:30 pm and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to find the front desk clerk to check us in. There were 3 separate occasions during my stay that I called the front desk with a question and no one answered any of those times. I had to walk down to the front desk and wait for someone to find the front desk person to help me. There was no hot water for my shower either. I will never stay there again. Very unhappy customer

the service was fine. the one complaint was the chair by the office desk was useless. no support what so ever. i ended up working on the lap top on the bed.
