This place was so dirty. I had to change rooms initially because my room had urine in the toilet and dirt all over the floor. This insinuates that they gave me a dirty room. The whole building smells like cigarette smoke. The carpets are stained and unvacuumed, and the elevator floors and the rest of the hardwood floors are not mopped or cleaned.. This was not worth the money I paid.

The workers were very kind and helpful. However the property itself was not in good shape, stains on the floor, missing switchplates, worn furnishings. The elevator and hall smelled like fish, very very strongly the entirety of our stay.

The hotels is in poor condition. There was a flyer in the room stating if you needed glasses or tableware or even coffee cups ask the front desk they had nothing. We got two dissimilar coffee cups, one spoon and a coffee pot and a bag. Not as advertised.

Awful beds, not even a comforter but more like a sheet. Ours had random hairs on it. Security lock on door was missing. Entry door from parking lot that’s supposed to be key card access only had the door handle taped so anyone could enter at anytime. They were having a new roof put on and there were shingles and nail EVERYWHERE. Complete mess. All they cared about at the front desk was getting the $100 deposit. 0/10 never ever recommend unless you are wanting to experience the ghetto.

Worst hotel I have experienced.
Bathroom had painting peeling in the shower. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night. Evening manager gave me a battery and told me I could change it as maintenance would not be in until Tuesday. I’m 5’3” and my husband has vertigo. Chairs in the room were rolling desk chairs. No way was I going to change the battery. Hot breakfast advertised - mini muffins and coffee does not constitute hot breakfast in my mind.

This hotel is disgusting and everything is old and outdated. The air vents in the bathroom is full of dust and dirt. I’m using the hotel wash cloths to clean the bathroom. This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed at. I will never stay here again. Zero.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and the rooms were basically clean. However, the property is really worn out. The exterior doors that usually require your door key card to open do not latch (apparently because the card readers don't work). Inside the room, the heat/AC unit made so much noise it would wake you when it came on. The TV leaned forward and to the side because the stand was broken. Bath fan - not working. Light bulbs were out. The door closer was loose so if you didn't pull the door closed behind you, it would not latch or lock. Carpet stained, floors worn, bath sink drain blocked and drained very slowly, etc. The "free breakfast" consists of instant oatmeal and coffee - NOTHING more. This is an extended stay so the rooms had refrigerators, a cook top, and a microwave and sink. It was the cheapest hotel in the area. If you keep that in mind - the balance is OK. Thus - the overall average rating.

No outlets near the night stand. No light near the bed. One of the few lights in the room did not work. Heater did not work properly. Blinds did not cover the window. No blanket on the bed. Sink did not drain. Fire alarm rang for 45 continuous minutes. Would not give me a receipt on check out because their printer did not work. Told me they would email me a receipt, but then refused to because I had booked through Expedia. I had paid the hotel, and simply asked for a receipt for the money I had given them. Had to argue on the phone for nearly 20 minutes before somebody got on and said they would send me the receipt. I marked that the hotel was convenient and the area around the hotel was convenient. What is also convenient is the other hotels in the area where I will stay in the future.

We came to town for the FFA national convention. The room was very small. No amenities, not even an ice machine anywhere in the building. There were 4 of us and they only had 2 towels in our room. The sheets on one of the beds appeared to have blood stains on them. The whole building smelled like pot! Would not recommend.

Make the deposit refund faster!
My stay was nice I just didn't understand the $100 deposit required that I had to pay and I really was only in the room to sleep. I barely was in my room for one night. I'm sure they're going to say for damages purposes but come on. Then I'm waiting 3-5 business days to get it back! If you going to do it make it faster to get the money back if there's no damage to the room! But all in all my stay was nice

It's not far from the airport and accessible if you want to eat and go for shopping /grocery as long you have a car. Having a mini kitchen, stove , microwave and fridge inside your suite was a great idea if you dont want to eat outside. We wish we are facing to a better view. Its also a bit noisy, children are keep on running and we always hear a car / truck noice especially during sleep time. But overall, its a good place to stay. I
