“Pretty good”

The continental breakfast is the only thing I'd say was less than impressive. The hot food was completely cold. The burner wasn't lit. The bagels and Danish just weren't good.

“Next to Freeway/Convenient to Downtown/Helpful Staff”

Front Desk was very knowledgeable and helpful about the area and how to get downtown. Freeway side of the hotel was a little noisy car/truck traffic.

“Convenient to Indy Airport”

Hotel location is a bit difficult to find. There is no street sign posted where you turn into the hotel and its behind a gas station. The hotel was clean and everything in working order. The lobby and breakfast room were freezing cold but the room was clean and comfortable. We would return again.

“Staff was very accomodating to our needs. Breakfast was good.”

Would definitely stay here again. The staff went overboard taking care of our needs. The breakfast was very satisfing and the beds comfortable.

“will come back”

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not hot.....that was a disappointment. but, everything else was great!

Getting there
the hotel is tucked in deep. when your the driver its hard to see it!
Getting around
expedia didn't know they had a shuttle. they told us we would have to take a taxi to get to the air port.
