It was necessary to spend 20 hours between flights in Korea. An over night stay was booked at the Grand Hyatt. The room was excellent and the staff was attentive. My only complaint was the cost of the breakfast: $30.00. While the food was good it was overpriced. The shuttle from and back to the airport was very convenient.

Very satisfied with the hotel. We booked a 'regular' Deluxe room with 1 Queens bed (all the rooms are called Deluxe) but were upgraded to a room with 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed for free. It was one of the corner rooms so there were floor-to-ceiling windows on 2 of the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and the hotel in general are very clean. Food in the lounge/café was very expensive but was very good. Front desk staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel charged 55000 wons for early check-in which we didn't do. There is a Lotte Mart (sells food and has a food court) just across the road and the University of Incheon subway station is a 2 minute walk. Very convenient. There are other restaurants in the area too but a longer walk. People say that Incheon is boring but my 10-yr-old child and I were happy to walk around.
We just spent 1 night there on a layover. Hotel was very nice and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since we were there such a short time we did not venture out. They have great choices in food and drinks in house. It is of course hotel prices but good options.

I have stayed here many times and quite like it. Relatively inexpensive, free shuttle to/from airport, excellent internet, Dunkin Donuts on corner for coffee and juices and great selection of delivery restaurants for meals.
I'm older than dirt and it took 2 days before I could master the lighting system. Really cool! My wife figured out the "rain" shower; very nice. The staff was wonderful. We had only two minor complaints: the hotel is so new that the cab drivers and our friends had trouble finding it. Second, the breakfast buffet is cancelled any day there are fewer than ten reservations. Then you are forced to accept a standard "American" breakfast. We loved our three night stay.
