Sauna/gym pricing ridiculous
Friday evening, and the bar is closed. £20 charge each time to use the gym/sauna is quite outrageously expensive. Breakfast is good.

Location was great surrounded beautiful park and short walking distance to the lotte mart. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was great it served both authentic korean food and western style breakfast that I enjoyed very much. Front desk person was kind and helpful.

I had a great time at this hotel again! I think the price is extremely reasonable considering that it is a 5 star hotel and the quality of their friendly, swift service. I strongly recommend, and I look forward to coming here again in the near future!

This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. Friendly and helpful service. The food at the club level and all restaurants was great. Fantastic selection at the buffet.

직원들 서비스 문제가 있음 이건 메리어트 리뷰에도 남겼지만 새탁을 맞겼더니 로고가 떨어짐, 룸서비스를 시켰더니 일부를 빼먹고옴 , 조식 먹으로갔더니 직원이 전화받는다고 본척도 안함, 세탁을 많이 맞겼더니 디포잣 추가 결제 하라고 함, 이건 뭐 3성 호탤에서 안할 서비스를 그 몇일동안 당함, 디포짓 추가 결재때 열받아서 매니저 불러달라고 해서 말했더니 다음번에는 이런일 없도록 한다고함, 내가 재정신이면 다음번에 가겠냐는거죠, 태국 매리어트 아파트에서 보통 이런 클래임걸면 방으로 찾아와서 사과하고 하는데 여긴 그냥 3성 보다 못함
