They pcik you up from the airport promptly. When you get to the hotel 5 minutes later, check in take 5 seconds... they simply hand you your key. The bed is good bathroom nice. My only issue is that my room had no desk and desk chair. But I think that was because it had a extra bed. Had I asked, I think they would have set a desk in there for me. I di recommend this hotel. The price beats the big name brand places.
We just spent 1 night there on a layover. Hotel was very nice and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since we were there such a short time we did not venture out. They have great choices in food and drinks in house. It is of course hotel prices but good options.

Very satisfied with the hotel. We booked a 'regular' Deluxe room with 1 Queens bed (all the rooms are called Deluxe) but were upgraded to a room with 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed for free. It was one of the corner rooms so there were floor-to-ceiling windows on 2 of the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and the hotel in general are very clean. Food in the lounge/café was very expensive but was very good. Front desk staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel charged 55000 wons for early check-in which we didn't do. There is a Lotte Mart (sells food and has a food court) just across the road and the University of Incheon subway station is a 2 minute walk. Very convenient. There are other restaurants in the area too but a longer walk. People say that Incheon is boring but my 10-yr-old child and I were happy to walk around.
I need the help of the desk staff with some on the spot translation issues and they were very helpful. The hotel has scene better days and is not as busy as it once was when I stayed for a period of 3 months there in the late 1999.
I hope the owners spend some money and get the place to the standard it once was.

This is best hotel I never stay before. The location is close to Incheon Airport. Hotel service is excellent. The stuffs were very helpful and had good English. They provided free airport transfer service, I deposited my three luggages in the reception for three nights when I changed to other hotel for free charge. Also they sent the luggages to airport to me when I request, I didn't expect they could do this for me. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.
