They left us with only one bath towel for two people. The shower head was broken. No teaspoons for your coffee.

Close to the airport and the pick up staff was very helpful and friendly. The power charging in Korea is very different, with round power plugs, not the the same as in North America.

The first thing that stands out in this property is their staff. The driver and the desk attendant; they both went out of their way to get us to the hotel. And when it was time to check out the attendant took the time to help us with our transportation. Over all this property is humble but clean. I highly recommend it but especially because of their great price.

Incheon Airportel
It had all of the amenities that we like, but it needs a face lift. Check in and check out was super easy. No keys are used, just a code. We were given the wrong code, which set off an alarm. We had to call for help, no lobby to go to for assistance, and when we called, there was a language barrier. Not a bad price. It had a washing machine.

Poor check in process. Struggled to find place. Travelled alone with my 2 year old daughter and lots of luggage. Needed above to be better. Offer of directions from airport or lift from airport would have helped a lot.

When booked the hotel it clearly enlisted the hotel services, pick up from the airport, Sauna, jacuzzi. There was no sauna, No jacuzzi, there was no instructions where to take the shuttle to the hotel. There is no signs of the hotel in the building took us 10 minutos to figure it out where was the “front desk”.

You get what you pay for
Booked 2 rooms for one night. Free shuttle service is convenient and works fine, there's only capacity for 4 people in the car and limited shuttle runs back to the airport so slots fill up very quickly (so book early). The rooms are big and has all the basic necessities, though they are just studio apartments in a residential area near the airport (not really a hotel and there's nobody at the 'reception' at night - you need to call them from the room). There's a convenience store and some shops about 5 min walk away, and an e-mart another 15 min walk away. Best part of the rooms are that the beds are new and very comfortable. However the aircon didn't quite work so if you're coming in a warmer period, beware (air con in one room is very weak from the start, air con in the other room worked fine for a few hours and simply stopped working in the middle of the night). Not sure if the heating will work in winter. Overall it's a reasonably priced option for one night's stay near the airport. Ok choice for catching early flights.

The place has no reception, struggled to get hold of person for room key. Staff cannot speak any english and difficult to get hold off. Was stranded outside room due to the fact that room code would not open room. Waited for one hour and luckily cleaning lady arrived. Hotel not reccomended

No frills and basic, but clean and quiet.
My wife and I stayed here twice, once on our way to Europe (from Australia) and once on our way home. This not like a hotel with a reception, foyer, concierge, house keeping and room service, this is a no frills budget accomodation that is clean and tidy, that is suitable for an overnight stay. Somethings to be aware of: 1. Welcome = The airport pick up (husband / wife in a van) drive you to the building where they drop you at the lifts in the basement level of the car park, and give you your room swipe. 2. Room explanation = After catching the lift to your floor and finding you room, you are on your own to understand everything, which is pretty much the same as most basic hotel rooms. 3. Food and drink = Several options o the ground floor and others within a few blocks, nothing fancy, mainly Asian options with an Indian place that was very good. 4. Language = While the husband an wife team do speak some English, understanding them and communicating back was difficult at times, which lead to some confusion and delays. SUMMARY It felt like staying in an office building, with partially abandoned office spaces. Fine for an overnight stay, but nothing more.

Outstanding Customer Service!!
Hotel staff assisted in making my arrival stress "free". My flight was delayed and I arrived at Incheon IAP after midnight. I was provided access to my room via email and a 1 day free parking voucher which was left in my room for my vehicle. King size bed was awesome and so comfortable. Outstanding customer service "AGAIN" as this is not my first time staying at Incheon Airportel. Always a pleasure staying there after a long day of traveling or before traveling. Being so close to Incheon airport is great!! Will be staying here again in the future.

Excellent value and helpful staff. Arrived like a few others near midnight and we were all picked up at Incheon airport in 10 minutes then taken straight to the hotel and given details of our rooms upon arrival with no need to check in. Arranged time to be taken to the airport then and got their in a few minutes. Only of thing is no step in the bathroom to wash hand with otherwise nothing to improve.

Great transit hotel.
Great room, great amenities in the room. Shuttle service was great. The guy we had for shuttle was patient with us while we tried to figure out where to get picked up in the airport. It is indeed very hidden, so call up when ready to check in to save you the trouble of finding the place. We’ll consider this place again for our future travels 😁

Reasonably priced hotel
Staying here is a plesant experience it was reasonably priced. In fact it is better to stay here at Incheon instead of transfering to hotels at seoul. Hotels at Seoul are expensive, While it is near the city tourist spots the advantage will be outweight by the efficient subway system of Sokor, even if your coming from Incheon everthing and everywhere is reachable in the nearest possible time. It is better to spend your extra money on their good restaurants and experience fine dining pleasures.

Clean and comfortable room, shuttle service to airport was convenient. Check in, however, was confusing, no clear instruction was given and no signs posted, took several asking before finding the office to check in. For non-Korean speaking guest, it'd be real difficult.

Perfect transit Hotel

handy for the airport for an overnight stay
I was met at the airport with a very nice female taxi driver, taken to the hotel in only 5 minutes. She pointed out the 24 hour shops and the resturant on the ground level, took me to the lift and escorted me to my room showing me how to use the password etc. As a single female pensioner travelling alone the help was much appreciated. The hardest part of the whole experience was finding the telephone at the airport to call for the taxi. The only downside was the shower didn't work properly and no English Tea on the tray.
