“Great end to a lackluster trip”

Stayed at the Hyatt Incheon on my last night in Korea (week long business trip). Glad I chose this location, made the rest of the dismal trip disappear.

“Clean, very quiet, and right next to the airport”

Hotel was right next to the airport, perfect for transit. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and very quiet. Excellent and will definitely stay again.

“Great choice if you have to stay close to the airport”

On weekends the hotel has special buffet I've never experienced before. It is worth to try and need to make reservations ahead of time.

“Efficient Airport hotel”

Took complimentary bus from terminal to hotel. Fast efficient check-in, luggage was taken from the bus to my room for me, room service delivered well within the 30 minute target. Comfortable bed and hot shower - what more did i need!

“Very fine airport hotel with all amenities and exceptional service.”

I made a quick trip to Korea, leaving Washington Dulles at noon on day 1, and landing at Dulles on my return trip at 10 am on day 3. I needed a hotel at the airport in Seoul, and selected the Hyatt because I've had good experiences at Hyatts in the past. I was pleased with the hotel including the fact that it was a 5 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport, that I was checked in very quickly and escorted to my very pleasant room. I ate at the hotel restaurant, enjoying a very nice sashimi meal. Would be happy to spend another night there if need be.

“Review Hyatt Regency Incheon”

This property is superb. Modern and clean rooms with every amenity. Superb guest service from the staff. Shuttle bus to Incheon airport about 10 minutes away. Recommended.

“good to keep in Incheon instead of expense two hours to Seoul”

Good hotel, good service, Gym facilities could be better , restaurant for breakfast ask for formal clothes (is not possible to wear slippers!! ) , it is difficult to understand in a Hotel near to the airport for short stays. Officer at reception desk had problems to check the bill was already paid at the moment of reservation in expedia.com

“Very convenient location. Overpriced.”

Arrived at 23:00, and was worried about getting to hotel, but I was relieved to find shuttle waiting at arrivals area. Staff was wonderful at check in. Downside: I requested a non-smoking room, and all they had was a smoking room that reeked. (Admittedly after a few minutes one acclimates, but that's probably not necessarily good.) Next day I took shuttle to Gimpo, which very conveniently stops outside front door. Overall, I felt the convenience for a late arrival into ICN could not be beat. However, I found the price of the room and the services (e.g. internet) to be out of line compared to what I found elsewhere in Seoul.

Area recommendations

If you need the convenience, it is worth it, otherwise go elsewhere.

“Hyatt Regency Icheon”

Hotel was well situated near Seoul Icheon airport which is very convenient for a one short night. It was clean, had a descent gym, a great pool and Japanese style bath which I use and enjoyed a lot. Internet in the room is not free but in the lounge it was.
