Great stay for our family the night before departing from ICN. The buffet was incredible and restaurant staff very helpful in arranging a special birthday/farewell private experience. We had a delicious and beautiful cake to celebrate as well. Spa experience was fantastic. Transport to airport very convenient and reliable. Rooms were beautiful and spacious.

We like the staff especially the Chief Concierge, Mr. Niko Jang. He was so fun, friendly, hospitable, very warm person. He was so good at what he does in welcoming guests. We enjoyed our brief stay at Grand Hyatt Incheon. Food was great and accommodation was superb. Will come back here again. Highly recommend truly 5 star hotel.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Incheon for one night before my flight home and it was perfect. It was conveniently near the terminals and offered dining options in both towers, which was appreciated. The hotel's airport shuttle service was great and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare before my flight.

Not many dining options except ordering from room service. Also, no shops or sundry stores to buy snacks, drinks or necessities. Says concierge services but couldn’t really help plan any kind of tour.

Appreciated the shuttle bus service after flight and the return the following morning. Stayed in west wing but pool closed so went to east wing. Lovely steam room too. Ate buffet in east wing too. Delicious!

Very convenient, located just a few minutes from the Airport. You can walk to Paradise City next door otherwise there is nothing around, a typical airport location. The hotel is extremely nice and has 1sr class service.

The property was amazing. My room was incredible too. It was late and after hours of traveling I didn't want to leave my room for anything. I ordered room service and let me tell you, it was incredible. From the hotel staff that dropped it off to the food itself. It was fresh, hot and delicious!! My room was very comfortable, the mattress was soft, this was just what I needed after all of the traveling I had done.

Exceptional value! Stayed in the west tower where staff were amazing, room top notch and quiet. Great free transport from the airport. Overall if you’ve a layover at the airport highly recommend the Grand Hyatt.

This hotel is excellent in all ways, the only drawback is the location. Good that it is super near the international airport and it provides free shuttle every half an hour and it is also walking distance to Paradise City. The only downside is it is 45 mins (by car) away from Incheon city where the attractions are. And calling a cab to and fro is doable but it takes a much longer time to get a driver compared to Seoul.

After a long plane ride, their airport shuttle conveniently transports to the nearby hotel. You can check with Incheon airport information as to where to catch the shuttle which runs regularly. Checking in was seamless. Stayed in the West tower. Bathroom is usually stocked with hand soap which I did not locate so subbed liquid bath soap. Got a restorative night of sleep. Walked past a lovely bubbly chandelier thru a heated walkway to the highly recommended breakfast buffet in the East side. Greeting staff are professional & welcoming. Waitstaff are quiet. One of the best quality of hotel breakfast buffet food that I can recollect. I ate everything on my plates which is unusual for me. There was even a large Korean honeycomb that you could take a piece from. A robot transported dishes to be cleaned. Did not take advantage of the pool nor the Club Olympus. With the exception of a small piece of trash in the elevator, the facility was clean. If you have a lot of luggage, it would be advisable to call a bell person to assist as the hallways are carpeted. While waiting for the shuttle back to the airport, 2 personnel politely checked with me as to whether my destination was terminal 1 or 2. The shuttle drivers also assisted with my luggage. My stay was 1 night then I moved closer to Seoul. If there was a rating between good and excellent, I would have picked that. The bottom line is I would stay here again and I hope they maintain the current quality of the breakfast buffet.
