We usually stay at best western, but i totally forget to book a room, so i chose this hotel at the last minute. This hotel is close to Incheon airport. The room is big and clean. There's kitchen inside the room. And the hotel provides the kitchen stuff so that you can cook. There's washer dryer too. The hotel management is kind enough to let us stay past the check out time, because our flight isn't until 4 pm. Will definitely stay here again.
This is best hotel I never stay before. The location is close to Incheon Airport. Hotel service is excellent. The stuffs were very helpful and had good English. They provided free airport transfer service, I deposited my three luggages in the reception for three nights when I changed to other hotel for free charge. Also they sent the luggages to airport to me when I request, I didn't expect they could do this for me. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.
A very straight-forward and satisfactory experience. I stayed overnight to break the journey from France back to NZ and was travelling alone with my 7 months old, which I had mentioned at the time of booking. Hotel Queen provided a free upgrade to a larger room, the crib was ready when I checked in and they offered complimentary late check-out to suit my departure time. The room was clean, large and nice enough. The window gave on a street and could be opened for some fresh air which was nice as room temperature in Korean hotels is set by the hotel and air conditioning is not operational in summer. Once the window and shutters were closed, the room was very quiet so baby had a good sleep. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I travel this route every year or so and will probably make a stop at the Queen a part of the journey from here on.

I stayed in the East wing on my way to Nepal and the West wing on my return. Rooms in the west wing are gorgeous with amazing amenities however my room was near the elevator and hummed/vibrated/knocked whenever it was used. In the night, the knocking sounded like construction banging every minute or so, but during the day it was continuous. The East wing rooms are spacious and beautiful, but not as high tech as the West...toilets didn't have wash/drying abilities and the lighting system was not as tech advanced. The hotel included lots of perks, free shuttle or 5 minute walk to airport, easy access to the airport nonstop express train to Seoul (40 min) and gracious staff services.

"Will stay here again even though it's a little far from the airport"
The hotel is located in a rather remote location (several kilometers from the airport) so make sure you don't need to buy or eat anything. There are a few places to eat within walking distance but they were closed when I arrived. Other than that, the hotel was great. The free shuttle to and from the airport makes up for the location. A van promptly picked me up from the airport, the driver and front desk worker were both friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I'll stay here again.
We booked this hotel in the hope that it would be near family. It was THE closest hotel possible, only a block away. The deluxe room double bed was spacious and the bed was really a western king-size bed. The bed was comfortable. It had 2 chairs in the room for extra sitting. The bathroom had a shower/tub, deluxe feature we were told. We checked out the restaurant buffet but it was pricey compared to other restaurants. The subway is right outside the door. One subway ride away, to Central Park, gets to Canal Walk and lots of restaurants and shops; Lotte Mart is a close walk for groceries, clothes, etc. The bus stop is right outside the door, also. Busses include local metro busses, KAL Incheon Airpot bus, express bus #3301 to KTX station at Gwangmyung. Get a T Money card to ride the busses and subway. Buy the card for 2500 won then load it. It is reloadable too. The T card saves 100 won per transaction. Subway rides were about 1050 won.
The one feature we were not able to find at the hotel was the lazy river. Never found it nor anything like it.
