Absolutely brilliant facilities in bedroom and bathroom for anyone with mobility issues like me. The best ever ! Also easy accessible parking and very obliging staff at reception and in the bar . Will be back !

Très bien situé. Plage juste en face de l hotel. Bonne sélection de restaurant proche. Les employés sont très serviable et gentil. Parking sous terrain (payant 20 euros par jour) mais très sécurisé. Possibilité de location de vélo sur place. Bcp de resto proche mais aussi bcp de gens, besoin de réservation. (Nous c etait un samedi donc je ne sais pas si c est toujours comme ca)

Good situation, comfortable.
Comfortable beds, quiet room with double glazing. Cleaned daily. 15mins walk to Intra Muros. Good for watching the tides. Excellent breakfast, no other food available.

Very lucky in that I was zombie like after an overnight bus trip and was able to access the room very early. Now, we all accept that the allowed time is 3pm, but at this hotel they take a personal approach. The room was ready and they saw no reason why I should wait. This is a big thing as it was their approach throughout my stay.

Nice hotel directly on the beach, walkable to St Malo walled town (about 15-20 min walk). Family room has a loft with 2 twin beds but the stairs are narrow and steep so a bit scary to have the kids walk down at night should they need to use the bathroom which is downstairs. Also absolutely impossible to cool down the loft space - no A/C vents up there, so no matter how cold you make it, the cold air doesn’t reach the loft. The only way to cool the upstairs area is to open the skylight assuming the air outside is not too hot and that you can sleep when the sun shines through it in the morning. We asked the reception for a fan but were told they didn’t have any suitable ones.

Ideal location
Great location, facilities are good and clean. Staff were helpful in assisting us to settle in and give us details of the local area. Hotel overall is ideally located for an overnight stay pre or post ferry.

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff and in the perfect location. The beach is right across the road and so is a fabulous seafood restaurant. The hotel has indoors secure parking and is a short drive to the ferry port

Excellent hotel. Value for money. Staff friendly and polite. Bar staff clearly had never made cocktails before. Took over half an hour and needed prompting. Not a problem if we were not going out after but frustrating to have to drink the whole lot in a hurry. Would definitely recommend

They tried to charge me twice even though the room was prepaid. Check in was lengthy and they asked for my card and ask for 200 euros pre authorisation even though the room was paid. During check out they tried to charge us for breakfast even though we did not have it. Rooms were too small as well as bathroom. Too expensive hotel for the quality of the room and staff. Note staff only speak French.

This is a very good three star hotel. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from intra- Muros, the proper walled city of St Malo, but it is a beautiful walk overlooking the ocean. The hotel has bicycles to rent at a very reasonable rate, which makes for an unforgettable experience. There are several restaurants close by, though we did not try them as we always ate (very well!) inside the walled city. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Highly recommend this property.

The location was great- just across the boardwalk- perfect if you want to watch the sunset. Breakfast was good- great variety. The shower was the highlight of the room!:) so big, and practical. Having the free luggage storage was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful ! I highly recommend!

Pleasant stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. For our stay in early October though, since the hotel was nearly empty and as a courtesy, staff could have offered Hotels.com guests an oceanfront room.
