Fantastic
We have zero complaints. The staff here are friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. We spent the day at the pool, the night on the deck that had a DJ that played great music. Plenty of space for everyone to catch the sun. Mix of young and older crowd, beginning of October is a great time to be in Ibiza. We will return, prime location for restaurants and little bars. Beach across the street, great sun set views. Thanks Nyx Ibiza!

This was a brilliant hotel and would return there in a heartbeat. The staff are lovely, it's in a fantastic location, and you can relax if you want or party if you want to. We had no disturbances to our sleep and the beds were so comfortable. The sunset while eating dinner on the terrace was world class. Next time I'd probably upgrade to all-inclusive, which you can do at the hotel. It's a fantastic place.

Great hotel, great location. The staff at the reception was very nice! But room service needs to be improved (they didn’t change our sheets, didn’t clean the toilet, they rushed us to finish our dinner..)

Exceptionally professional and very nice staff. Delicious food. Very spacious and clean. Everything was in a perfect condition, aesthetic, relaxing. Location was great, breathtaking views especially sunsets. I would love to mention the barman, Olivier, who was very friendly. He told us a lot about Ibiza. The restaurant NYX nearby was also amazing for dinners. We will come back and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, conveniently located and the staff were just wonderful Laura greeted us on our arrival and was such a pleasure nothing was too much trouble, she took photos for us, was very informative about the area through your stay and even booked us taxis Would highly recommend

Great stay at the NYX Hotel. Location is ideal with a beautiful walk along the marina to San Antonio where you can jump on a bus a travel to other parts of the island. Room was comfortable with a lovely eclectic theme running through the hotel. Bathrooms are a little dated and mine wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with hair left in the tiles from previous guests, mentioned to front of house staff several times to tell the cleaner however didn’t get effectively communicated. There are definitely options at the breakfast buffet however food is cold, halogen heaters don’t make a difference.

Great food but a few major let downs.
Overall, a good experience, however, there were a few ups and downs. Firstly, the food selection for all 3 meals was amazing, best buffet I have had yet so far. Bar service was pretty good as well, loved the edible straws with the cocktails. A few bad points which let the down the experience, was upon arrival, we were given the wrong room key which led to a lot of back and forth. After getting our right room, which the decorations were pretty awesome, we almost cut our feet open on broken glass on the floor. Raised it with reception but nothing really came of it. They said they would clean it but we already removed the glass from room. We was kind of hoping for like a apology drink on the house or something. Furthermore, we booked a double room, saw on the website & in person rooms with double beds but we ended up with two twins, singled out. We asked if there was anything they could do about this and the best they could offer was a double sheet to try and hold beds together. As most will know, this doesn't hold the bed together at all. Admittedly we made a mistake on booking, thought we got full inclusive but booked full board (Full inclusive not even available on their website). We only found out this on arrival which after delayed flights and issues with taxis was the last thing we wanted to hear late at night. It is what it is but to then be followed round during our meals to ensure we only had water was condescending and down right embarrassing.

Het was een heerlijk hotel. Net buiten het drukke gedeelte.. Ontbijt was echt top. Ook de kamer was perfect. Echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Alleen nu probeer ik al een paar dagen het hotel te bereiken, maar ik krijg geen contact. Ik heb mijn jasje laten liggen. Dit vind ik heel erg jammer.

Hotel razoável. Café da manhã encerra e eles praticamente te expulsam do restaurante mesmo que você já esteja lá antes do horário de encerramento. Não tem nada no frigobar e eles não tem room service. Bar da piscina não tem nada além de bebida também. Única ressalva foi o atendimento das recepcionistas, super cordiais.

Hotel maravilloso y muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de toda la movida de Sant Antoni, al lado también de la parada del bus que te lleva a cala Comte, caña tarida, cala bassa, y al aeropuerto. Desayuno completo y muy bueno. Piscina y terraza súper bonitas y con vista al mar y al atardecer. Repetiré seguro!
